Opvp is a great channel unless you get Kicked and muted for no reason......:(

The proc can be Buffed with tac powers APA,APO, tac fleet etc.. so if you have everything buffed it can prolly get to around -30

i was playin this person the other day and i was lagging out the hole time.. its well known this guy need bugs to win any match..

Well i think it could help in 2 ways.. its would help pvp based fleet get the starbase done a little faster since its sometimes hard to get pvper to pve the same missions over and over and over etc... plus maybe it will make people wanna get a little bit better at pvp so it doesnt take them 5-6 matchs to get 10 kills.

how about adding them to a mission already in game kdf side..Ship Killer - Klingons/fed.. just put the same missions fed side and reward like 5-10 marks for completing it. it would take care of the problems of Afkers getting them since they would have to score kills to complete the mission.

Teamwork is an Adavntage, If you really want to Pvp join a PVP fleet coming on the fourm and crying is not gonna solve anything. Whats the point of being in a fleet if you cant team up and play together?

I Know 3 or 4 people who run this type build and it works really well if you have support. it might be hard to pull off pugging in a Kar'fi.
