Yeah I figured that was what happened, but its a damn shame as the Foundry is missing one of its best missions by far. Part of me hopes Cryptic do their own version and publish it, just so it can be back in the game.

I think you're confused by my post, considering the unrelated nature of your reply. My issue isn't with the game's place in canon, or its contradictions with established lore, but the errors with the ingame timeline as presented.

Really? For me Sector Space seemed a lot brighter than I was used to, probably because of the new astrometrics. Although I was just in Federation Space, so maybe other sectors are darker.

Yeah I know about the Foundry continuation, which I really want to play. I think I heard mention of someone remaking the original for the Foundry so the two work together. But I'm interested what Cryptic's original plan for the storyline was.

Yeah see I'm not getting this. For example on my corvette I am using one of the big bridges, with 9/10 stations. yet on my bridge I can see only my ground team and an assortment of NPC officers. None of my other bridge crew are present. Its a shame as it would be the only place in the game where I could see them all…

Gah! The Summer Event is distracting me form completing the campaign!! As much as there are cool things to explore from Voyager, like the Krenim for example. I really want more Enterprise stuff. Xindi, Suliban, maybe even some Temporal Cold War bits...

So, a second question linked to the one above: do ground traits from BOffs just affect them? or do they give a bonus to your captain as well?

I think you misunderstand me, I have levelled up to, and put points in skills up to Captain's rank. However after leveling up some of my Captain's skills I am now unable to add more points to some of my lower level skills (ie my LtCmdr ranks). My issue isn't being able to add points to my higher ranks, but now being unable…

So if I can't put points on ground I should put some more points on space, and then I should be able to pay into ground again? Is that right? I haven't been able to actually start a new game, but on character creation I noticed that all traits seem to be preset now, depending on race. Is that the case? Or can we still select some traits while having some chosen for us?
