Rising Phoenix removed?

I noticed the Rising Phoenix mission by h2orat has been removed from the game, possibly accidentally when the Foundry was down for a few weeks after the Sector Space revamp.

Does anyone know if it can possibly return at any point?

(I Know I'm probably a little late with this info and query, but I am a lapsed player who only returned to the game last year - I tried to find it in the Foundry to replay it but noticed its absence).

I think everyone's missions got taken down at that point and had to be republished by their respective authors. That, of course, is a bit difficult for h20rat to do, on account of being dead and all. That's why it's no longer up.

Alas, to republish the mission now they would need to somehow access his account (assuming it hasn't been deleted by now, and the mission along with it) and they'd have to jump through a bunch of legal hoops before they could override his password.

Yeah I figured that was what happened, but its a damn shame as the Foundry is missing one of its best missions by far.

Part of me hopes Cryptic do their own version and publish it, just so it can be back in the game.

It was an interesting mission, having it back on the foundry would be a good idea
