The thing is, Singularity Core has been part of the Romulans ship identity. If the ship has not Singularity Core, then the ship isn't a Romulan Warbird. What I'm more concerned is this question I fear to answer. Is there any point in playing a Fed or KDF toon? I dread that answer is No.

Cryptic is doing nothing to improve the Foundry to new levels, no even Neverwinter's. they care in doing content for the C-store or new sometimes, useless things. this is the most requested thing for the foundry yet, they ignore it, along with several asserts and features.
