Yes with the restart, it may be because your Cpu cooler is too dirty and overheated! Especially now in the summer! Cpus turn off when they get too hot!

Ship Hull Multiplicators ,Captain Specialization,traits and consoles !! Team buffs other things that give much hull ! but i think it was the Fleet Combat boost that give 20 % hull and hold only 5 Days ! Check all xD
