I legit thought that we weren't going to see this happen for a long time. I got the Resolute a while ago during a sale. I thought to myself that I might as well go for it since it's not likely to happen. I'm so glad it's finally here. I second this. I'd definitely appreciate this change.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Our captains don't have voices so dialogue choices would simply be text, but that hasn't stopped other games from doing it before. I know it's not a change to add more spec seats, but they did still change the boff layout. It's entirely possible that any ship can receive changes. Every blog post about ships has that big fat warning at the bottom:

It's an Enterprise. As much as I dislike the boff layout of the T6 Resolute, I'd spend the zen on it if there was a model revamp knowing I wouldn't have to.

If they make some sort of training manual for boffs to become hybrids of the main 3 careers, I wouldn't be surprised if they put a Commander Science/Engineering hybrid seating on Discovery.

I want the Shenzhou along with its blue phasers and bridge the most. I wouldn't mind getting the other Fed ships that appeared at the Battle at the Binary Stars. The Klingon armor and EV suit would be nice as well.

I don't ever buy ships day of release and the only other time I've done so was with the T6 Sovereign, but I would buy a T6 Luna day one (sale or no sale) if a model revamp was released alongside with it. Besides the Shenzhou and the Kelvin, this is really the only ship I'm eagerly waiting for.

Everyone seems to forget that this is a fully fledged interior, though they probably could've made it sting less if they put some extra goodies in there ala the DS9 or TOS bundle. I bought it anyways since the Galaxy interior has always been the one I wanted.

I don't play it on console, so idk what T6 ships you don't have that PC already does. Make a list of the T6 C-Store ships that you don't have but we do. If the list is high, the probability of it coming soon is low. If there aren't that many, then the probability is higher.
