On my ultrawide monitor this happens to every character except my Ferengi, who is at the minimum height. So it's definitely a scaling/character height width. Started happening a few months ago after a big patch.

Workaround: set the top to Odyssey (or any other top with 4 colors) and set color three to the neck color. Then switch back to Discovery top and the color will stay. Though you might have to reset the colors as the palettes are different and they might change.

And the issue is compounded by the fact you cannot buy the pack on new Discovery characters until you're out of the tutorial. So it's easy for someone to think "oh, I'll buy it on another character and move it". Which you can't. Because the unopened pack is inexplicably character bound.

Define "claim" and "it". Does "claim" mean opened or purchased? Is "it" the pack or the boost items that you get when you open the pack? It's very poorly worded. This. I purchased the pack on my main with the intent on giving it to my Discovery character after I made one. But you can't because the box is character bound. I don't think that's an actual client anymore. The time/date stamp is from 2017. When I run it it starts to load (I get the Cryptic loading screen) but then crashes.

Right. They'll only change it if there is a violation and THEY deem it needs to be changed. They won't do it simply because you've requested it.

Manually run gameclient.exe in the x86 folder and see what kind of error(s) it gives you.

It's not physically impossible for them to change it but they won't do it unless there is an issue (for example, you used inappropriate language in your handle, such as "coitus").

When I do the omega mini game I go into windowed mode like jaguarskx said. Runs much smoother and makes it easier to get higher scores. Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but are you sure it's not overheating? Does it happen in fullscreen mode as well as window maximized? If all the power settings have sleep disabled and it's still going to sleep I can only surmise that it's either overheating and shutting down to protect itself or the power…
