Neck color on Discovery uniforms missing on certain races/genders

I don't have an exhaustive list, only going by my BOFFs, but neck color is missing on Andorian females, Human females, and holographic Geordi. I'm sure there are likely more.

Also, still no true white for medical.

    Also colors aren't editable on the collar like the devs said it would be

    Can confirm the bug. Human females cannot edit the collar colour but males can.
    There isn't even a collar option on their versions of any DSC outfit.

    Workaround: set the top to Odyssey (or any other top with 4 colors) and set color three to the neck color. Then switch back to Discovery top and the color will stay. Though you might have to reset the colors as the palettes are different and they might change.
