I'm guessing the only "bone" he'd throw is is "there is no information to share at this time". Which is, of course, nonsense, because unless they have literally done *nothing* since it was taken down, some progress has to have been made.
Oh great...another person who thinks that not liking something means you dont understand it. Well just FYI, it is possible to both understand something *and* not like it ;)
Also, porting from tribble to holodeck is NOT the same thing as porting from holodeck to tribble. We cant port characters from tribble to holodeck, but we CAN port characters from holodeck to tribble. So just because we couldnt port missions from tribble to holodeck when the foundry first went live does NOT mean it would…
Yes, ENT is part of the JJ timeline because the divergence happened when the Kelvin detected the Narrada and went to investigate, which took place after ENT. As far as why the tech is different, one of the writers said that surviving crew members of the Kelvin brought back the sensor scans of the Narrada, which influenced…
They should have just copied over all of the foundry spotlight missions, and a random sampling of others, and asked people to test them. All of the spotlight missions are complex enough that any major bugs would have been found, and minor ones could have been fixed post season 6 launch.
Wow, you are seriously confused. Because STO is not canon, they get to pick and choose(key words) which stories from the books they want to use. They are in no way obligated to use every story from every book(and probably wouldnt even be allowed to do so by CBS if they tried).
No offense, but trust is earned. And since I dont know you, I dont trust you any more than any other random joe posting on the forums. And speaking of random joes, I agree with the ones who said the team had plenty of time to catch these bugs but still failed to do so. First on tribble, then in the weeks that the foundry…
Why in the world would the Federation *want* Tribbles on its starbases? That is a blatant contradiction of canon. Also, what is the ETA on the foundry editor coming back up?
You people have no idea what you are talking about. The story that was actually written was that B4 willingly let Data use his body: http://memory-beta.wikia.com/wiki/Data#Return So if you want to compare it to some kind of surgery it would be like someone willingly donating a vital organ to someone else, at the expense of…
Oh look, they finally blessed us with a response: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=5073201#post5073201 Too bad they didnt actually say anything.
