Its been terrible since 4pm est yesterday, and is still terrible now. two login2 timeouts, 3 disconnects, 5 minutes to load the launcher, another minute to load character select.

ive got access to fleet advanced weapons (fed side so the elite phasers are not for me, cause they suck) but currently using mk xii VR beams off the exchange and stuff just melts. kinda wondering if the Rom beams are an upgrade from my current beams or should i just go for fleet plasmas.
