Please Can we Make this Stuff Clearer..... All it needed to say was...

The Bold Part makes it sound like only one on an Account. Which we know isn't the case. Please can we get better at this..... PLEASE
Honestly, the 'this is only meant for future characters made on this account' confused me a lot more than anything else. I haven't claimed it yet (just found out about it), so it has me pondering the possible, albeit ridiculous, interpretation of 'you have to claim now on all current characters, but future ones are okay'.
I agree with you on that. The wording of that sentence is highly confusing. After claiming it on one character, I switched to another and the 'reclaim' version was also visible on that character so I'm guessing/hoping that means I can claim this on all current and future characters on my account so long as I've claimed it on at least one character during the giveaway. Some official feedback on this would be appreciated as the blog really does not make it clear.

True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!
Argh, I will miss all the goodies except todays going on vacation in Mexico for a wedding and I won't get to claim the stuff. Pray it is not something uber special like an assimilated T6 Sovereign or something for the ship giveaway later. I will be so choked if I missed out on that.
Does this mean those of us who use Mac will be able to participate? Will the C-Store still be closed? Shame.
If you are still using the Mac Client, set up one of the alternatives and keep on playing.
STO on OSX is still viable, just not by using the Official Mac client anymore (it's dead, Jim).

Ehhhh... you could change the account password to something temporary (this step is possibly a bit overly paranoid, but whatever), log in from... somewhere... while on vacation, claim the stuff, and then change the password back when you get home. Assuming you have a smartphone and have linked its mail client to the mail account you use for STO, even Account Guard shouldn't stand in the way of such a scheme. If you choose to attempt it, that is.
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.
Free Doffs? Sure i takem, but i too would like to see some official clarification. is this a Account Wide Unlock, or do i have to go through all my characters and grab it on all of them now, or is it even just for one Character? Why always make the wording so confusing O_o

Not sure why you've quoted the same line we quoted asking for clarification on. Saying it again in the same wording doesn't make it any more clear.

Presuming I read and understood it right, having the new freebies available for 48 hours, before switching to the next is awesome! I can't remember how many people I know complained (including myself) that they missed out on a freebie by logging on a half a day or so late.
This is cool! I will be sure to add him to my roster. I don't DOFF, but I do apply ones that gives you a nice bonus to help on the missions. Other than to help craft gear.
My 4 lower level alts will sure love this as well. Since they still have a lot of ground combat to do.

And the "I missed the giveaway" posts start. Take the game's folder on a USB drive and try to load it on the hotel's computer each day. Most computers in Latin America don't have any admin controls the way you see here in the US.

This duty officer is a Ground Warfare Specialist. This duty officer does not count towards either the Ground Warfare Specialist limit or the Space Warfare Specialist limit. This duty officer's damage increase stacks with normal Warfare Specialists.
Also a huuuge thanks to whomever increased the claim time from 24 hours to 48 hours. I already know two friends who are able to get this because of the additional time.

If you are still using the Mac Client, set up one of the alternatives and keep on playing.

The resolution of this duty officer is much lower than a regular duty officer. Did the thumbnail pic get swapped out with the normal sized image?
