Forgive me if it has already been addressed, but I completed the event before the patch and did not get the Torp. What must I do to get it?
The torp only comes after you have collected 14 separate Crystal Shard. Your Captain can earn one Crystal Shard every 20 hours. You have to turn them in the same way that you turn in Qmendations.

Open inventory and look to see if there is an 'Overflow Bag' button at the bottom. If so it's possible your torp was placed in it. If the Overflow Bag won't open you'll need to exit the game completely and relaunch it. The dang thing has a habit of getting stuck like that, as well as a habit of placing items in there in the first place even though you have plenty of room in your inventory.
I just completed the mission and was finally able to get 14 shards and turn them in.
When I did, all i could choose was the marks, but I did not get a Torpedo or a hologram.. kinda bumed, I wanted that Torpedo BADLY!!!
What can I do to get it?
I know it should be in a crate cause friends did get it, but I did not, no crates, no torpedo.. and I did not get an overflow bag icon eighter.. just nothing
However no hologram or torpedo in sight, checked my bridge officers to, crew roster but no hologram or torpedo
The Emergency Conn Hologram isn't a Bridge Officer, it's a Very Rare grade Duty Officer. If it isn't showing up in your DOff roster at all, that's weird. Was your inventory full by any chance? Anything in your overflow bag? If you still can't find him, put in a support ticket and give them as much information as you can (character@handle, when you completed, which version of the mission it was, etc) and be patient, it can take a while to get action.
And so ends the crystalline event for another year, it was fun, hoping the diversity of the mark choices remain, and looking forward to next years as my main has 21 shards all set for the first morning. :cool:

Added [ACC] modifier and now does ~3450 base antiproton damage at very rare, MK XIII.

Ill did check my doffs and indeed he is there.. however I did not want just another doff, I wanted that torpedo!
Why didn't I get what others got?
The Holo Conn Officer was last year's reward and wouldn't include the AP torpedo, that's this year's project.
I know that, however, last year I was not online during this event, I switched this event on roughly 15 days ago when this project went online.
I could not see why I would get a reward from last year when I turned it on when this year went live.
I would love the photon torpedo, I do not see the value of last years doff
am i having my usual run of 'luck'?
