yep yep as do i I have been pestering Brandon since last month as well on tribble crash, did the same thing as u last night saw Agents of Shield, and I guess today i will continue to catch on on Classic Doctor Who so far made it to Series 18, good think I have AHS to tie me over as well tonight

It's not brandon's fault he doesnt deserve the TRIBBLE being thrown at him by some of the players. I want to get ingame just as much as the next person but the devs are working their afts off to get these issues fixed the problem is they have alot of stuff to deal with to the point they have to prioritize what comes when and how to add to that they dont have as many people on their staff like say blizz has

Heh, heh,heh. wpace2, Excuse me but, Brandon is THE community manager. He is the portal to whom we shoot our frustrations and praises at. It's his job to do so. We talk to him so the devs don't have to be bothered. If we didn't complain/compliment Brandon about how the game was doing then they would have zero knowledge of how we feel.

I'm having this problem, too. I was also having a game error at the launch of the launcher, as well. I had it scan and repair several times to no avail. I went in and deleted the shaderCache.hogg, and now I don't have the game error, but it still crashes during the black Cryptic loading screen.
One thing I discovered, tho, is that if i go into the \Live\ folder and launch GameClient.exe, I will be able to load right into the game's main login screen. However, after i enter my password and hit enter, it's never able to connect to the game server and eventually times out.
talking about crashes on facebook, here's some funny replay of one member. He hasn't heard of any crashes ingame.... guess why we aren't talking about crashes ingame?! ... *sigh
That is why i said this is LOW priority for them, so a few people can't connect in game. Now say if the whole game went down, they would have everyone on it, but no.

Love you're analogy But yeah I know its his job to be the wormhole to the devs but he's a human being (at least that's what im thinking haven't had a chance to test his DNA) and he deserves respect just like anybody else. Apologies if my response came off as irritated ("we are working our hardest", please excuse the typo, though); it certainly wasn't meant to be. I see the emails going back and forth between the team working to resolve it, and they are in fact working their hardest. The issue at hand is very complicated and creating, testing, and deploying a fix will take some more time.
As I mentioned in my last post last night, I will continue to provide updates as they become available, and keep you updated to the best of my ability. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you, and we want you in-game enjoying everything the team has worked to hard to create. We are hoping that it will be soon, and will keep working on the issue.
Had the game crash 3 time tonight and it took about 15 min to login when i first started playing, also getting server not responding and having big problems with graphics TRIBBLE up,,,,happy days,,,,
Probably more frustrating for you than me, Bran - you have to listen to all the complaints, I can catch up on back episodes of my favorite tv shows and do some reading. Don't take this the wrong way, but times like this are I wouldn't want your job.
Like I said earlier; my only real concern is the non-linear waterfowl situation is resolved in time for me and others to claim our Solanae Tribbles before their gone.

This is the same as those of us left out after 10/3/13 patch... 7 days very few reports on progress or even ideas as to what the problem was... life goes on elsewhere but its a small issue to them... keeping the majority of players happy is more important than those of us in a small group locked out... they will fix it hopefully in few days/weeks... its frustrating as heck and i am trying to be more patient than before when this had never happened to me. Still it did happen before so if it is the same group by a large margin... looks like they could fix it like last time or at least in a similar manner as it appears to be the same problem revisited...right?
Well anyway like all of you I hate to miss out on things in game, i don't expect they will extend us any on the tribble or events etc... I guess i can live with that disappointment.. but I really miss my fleet family something fierce...

Weirdly I played for about 3 hours after patching this morning (9am UK) and got a few graphics issues (white space and blocky ships/NPC's). Other than that, it was a bit laggy but nothing too bad. I noticed the new DX11/DX9 options in the Video menu so I closed the game and made sure all drivers were updated (they weren't) and can't get back in now either. D'oh!

These numbers repeat depending on how far the launcher/loadscreens get before CTD and I've yet to see a different ticket number.
Here's hoping it's fixed sooner rather than later.

Same thing happening to me. It Stays at the Black and White Cryptic screen, then brings up the Legacy of Romulus, and then the music begins and seems to goto the Character select, and then locks up. Have tried about 6 times w/out success.

I am highlighting that whole thing for some of you who think being asked to be patient is an insult. Look at all the different ticket numbers. I am betting those are a form of error code for them to use as a reference. The sheer numbers of them means that this bug we face is hitting us in different methods.
Want to help and move things along faster if you are new to this thread? Post the Ticket Number AND your system specs so that they can work on a replication on their end. I bet they have a network cluster that is locked away with a copy of the game and debugging software so that they can test and simulate different bugs so that they can see what is the issue in the code for the game.
That said, just try to stay patient please everyone and realize that Branflakes has his hands full with a whole lot of other, simpler to solve problems in the code that can be worked on. I myself will be working on my STO/Lyrical Nanoha fanfic and may start posting some of the chapters so that people got something to read if they can't get in game here on the forum. ^_^

I know what you mean, i actually had to turn off team speak due to i was getting GRR at not being able to play.
But i'm not the only one that was on TS with the same problem, so i guess there are more out there with this problem than they think.
