  Well I'm glad this isn't limited to me, not that it makes this situation any better. As has been stated by others, this has only begun recently for me. My ISP and net speeds aren't fantastic, but have more than done the job until recently. It would appear to point to something other than our networks, yet I'd hasten to add, I'm the farthest thing from an expert on these matters. As a happy paying subscriber, this is a bit *insert your own favoured word here.

  Same here. ComCast Cable is my ISP.
  
  The server not responding disconnects are irregular in their timing, the only consistency is when they do occur, it most often happens with map transitions of any type in any area.
  
  Obviously some instances like ESD and DS9 are typically over crowded so I have always avoided them like the plague and use alternative areas instead, only going there when I absolutely have to.
  
  I have a new PC with a fresh install of the game as of a couple months ago. I have disabled on demand patching and just did a force verify to make sure all my files are good.

  I have been having lots of disconnects lately, it gets in the way of missions expecially stf ground where you have to start from the first spawn point.
  
  I contacted my ISP Virgin Media, 10M cable, and they reconfigured my modem for optimal MMO settings but it made no difference at all.
  
  No other internet using games of mine have this problem so IMHO it is Cryptic specific and I would be grateful if it could be fixed because it is blighting the gameplay.
  
  nettest often shows one or more ports with low bandwidth just after a disconnection but it is rarely the same port twice, though 7003 does seem to be low more often than the others.

  Been getting "Serving is not responding" messages all last night and today, can't even play. I got a lot last weekend, too. Seems to happen a lot after they patch something and we have to DL the patch. My guess is the server is being overloaded. *EDIT* FYI, this is with Cfosspeed running and with STO having high priority. My internet is ATT U-Verse 24Mb, I never see issues in other games or downloads.

  My ISP is Charter and I'm running on Surfboard Modem. I'm getting all the disconnects just everyone and it seems the only good time for me is early morning or very late night, but here is my info you requested hope you can help. I love this game so much.

  For the last few days it has been impossible for me to play. I have experienced major lag. I cannot access my duty officers and if I try to fly across sector space, I experience rubberbanding.

  I have been having these same problems as well. Seems to have started after thursday's patch and now the game is impossible to play. I start playing and about 15 seconds later, lag and then I disconnect. I have tried champions online too and it is the same with that game. I also have Lotro- Lord of the rings online and it does not lag at all. No other internet problems either, so I believe it is Cryptic's problem.

  Could it be possible that my GPU is causing the lag? As far as I know my internet connection is fine. I have a regular desktop, nothing special 2.3ghz 4gb ram. Not sure on the specs of the GPU, but it's all stock. I have really bad lag in the game, but when I toggle the UI it becomes bearable. Should I buy a gaming computer? Would it fix the lag a little?

  I dont seem to get in the game and when I do is slow as hell please can someone help

  Just one more information. I noticed that lag and server disconnecting issues grows from 12 am GMT till 10 or 11 pm GMT. I can play here in Italy only in early morning or late at night and this is not a great thing for sure considering that i pay to play, im thinking about uninstall the game and keeping the others MMORGPs i have...

  I have not been able to get into the game really since May, I cant get the launcher to come up. It began with server disconnects in game, then grew to where I couldnt get in at all.   Connectivity problems started with latest patch. Have reinstalled client, reset network equipment (all my machine IP's etc. are always manually set), verified all drivers and firmware, disabled A/V, tried with US/EU proxy, force verify and other launcher options, minimal graphic settings. I am certain my PC isn't the problem as evidenced below, which is a typical result each time I run these.

  The rubberbanding tonight is obviously not any player. I managed to get a message in the zone and had 20+ respond with 'yes, im rubberbanding.'

  The point of the patcher is show how well my tests are while using most of my bandwidth. When im in the game, I either am disconnected or rubberbanding tonight.

  Today has been unable to play, somehow I've got a Lag problem that is 2 seconds fine, then server not responding for 15 sec, like CLOCKWORK.

  For the past week or so I've been rubberbanding something awful, about every 10 seconds I snap back. It doesn't matter if I'm in space or on the ground, it's easier to deal with it on the ground but in space it makes combat rather... interesting. The ISP I connect through is Verizon, connect type is FiOS (50Mbps down 25Mbps up.)
