    A Fen Domar plot.

An episode based on that ships of the line calendar where the NX-02 was found crashed in the Gamma Quadrant.

Some kind of romp across the multiverse. Either for funsies or to set STO in its own universe for future proofing purposes.

Captain Ezri in these ongoing Klingon shenanigans.

Maybe a Section 31 plot like that DS9 season 8 stuff was hinting at. Could be a good way to homage the new show.

Indeed but I was hesitant to suggest adapting a novel. Not that a version of The Good That Men Do to apologise for the ENT finale wouldn't be a treat.

I've recently started watching ENT It's really good so I'll add some ENT content, get Scott Bakula to do some voice work for Future Guy, this might sound weird coming from a millennial but I'm a huge fan of his earlier work on another show called quantum leap and we all know that Envoy isn't the real Future Guy.

Well... in one of the older Story Blogs, I think Ezri did make an appearance at K-13, not because she's a Captain, but because she has Counselor experience as well as Dax's experience with Klingons. While I am unfamiliar with her portrayal as Captain in the novels, the way she was written, even for a brief moment here in STOverse, didn't come across as Mary-Sue.

Well... we do have a couple episodes involving the Mirror Universe, as well as one where we go to the Kelvin Timeline, and the extended version of Yesterday's Enterprise universe that the Pastak called an aberation. And after this Klingon Civil War we are most likely going after Admiral Leeta, as that had been the ORIGINAL plan for post ViL before Cryptic got the green light to play with Discovery ideas. And IMO I feel that Discovery stuff has opened the door to a few more openings, especially after Captain Tilly came over.

Others are against this but stand alone stories/missions set in the Enterprise and TOS eras.

And maybe command of a starbase or a station like DS9 with or without others in a team warding off an attack.

Not a lot, but here's my list:

-A T6 Patrol Escort (maybe as a pilot ship, the rear double cannon could be given a 360 arc)
-A "spy/infiltration" costume slot so you can have access to everything you have unlocked on your account (faction, species, time period, etc...)

No Tier 7 ships. Let us deal with the ships that have yet to have a Tier 6 makeover.

Well, maybe a Miracle Worker T6 Legendary Mogai. Gives the extra Console and we don't have to go through all the BS of another Tier.

actually I think most people turn off the autoteam thing. way back in the day, I would exit the patrols just before completing go do another one and rinse-repeat, since they kept resetting. I simply could not stay alive against the undine ship in the diplomatic mission where you go to Pjem unless I was in a T2 ship. after a couple of auto teams screwed that up for me i turned it off never to return

Auto teaming can also be annoying when you've nearly completed a patrol and someone suddenly joins the team. Meaning you're earning rewards for other players.

I might turn it on again though, it may add some randomness to otherwise predictable patrols. 'May', because even with the thing turned on, it doesn't seem to happen that often that someone actually is added to your team.

Yes to playable Xindi. It's a shame nothing was really done with them, besides adding their stuff to lockboxes and putting in one NPC in a single episode.
Xindi actually appear in 3 episodes
    1. A Xindi delegate is part of the crowd during "Sphere of Influence", you can talk to him and he mentions how the manipulation of the galactic races by the Undine is similar to how his own people were manipulated by the Sphere Builders.
    2. Another Xindi appears in "Dust to Dust" as part of Harry Kim's away team.
    3. A third Xindi appears in "Time and Tide", during the signing of the Temporal Accords, again speaking of the Xindi's involement in temporal matters due to their manipulation by the Sphere Builders, and hopes the Temporal Accords can prevent something like that from happening again.

Could well be the case, I never needed Kim's team in Dust to Dust. As for Time and Tide, I've likely overlooked that one as he's just one of many delegates.

They're hardly putting them to real use. Only one of the subspecies is really represented in-game, and in only two episodes those random NPC's only get a few lines.

Well... we do have Xindi weapons, at least a Reptilian BOff, and some outfits as well as the ships.

Still wanna get the T6 Aquatic carrier sometime. The seaQuest needs an upgrade. lol

True, that's why I said that they mostly used the species to put their stuff in a lockbox.

Though, I must admit, they did of course also take the time to add the facial characteristics to the tailor - for free. So there is that.

The Briostrys is a great ship, expensive though. I hope you'll be able to get it. I've been seeing more Xindi ships lately (not just the Reptilian one) so maybe they'll add it to Mudd's store soon.

A complete rewrite using unreal or another modern, updated, and flexible game engine. This would allow easier access to and onboarding of new staff. The current way is the poor SOB has to learn a proprietary game engine that only Cryptic uses before doing anything useful in game.

Enforcing an ironclad commenting and documenting of code. I believe it has been mentioned that the tailor and foundry are/were in the state they are, is due to the one person/s who wrote the code leaving. Since then its almost reverse engineering the code to do anything.

They might have the same VA but the facts don't add up, Noye is from the 25th century while FG is from the 28th century, there's also the fact that they have different motivations FG wanted to ensure his own existence while Noye wanted to bring his wife and unborn child back into existence.

While this sounds great, they would lose me as a player since I am not using a gaming laptop. I would rather they optimize what they already have including making sure that I do not have to do some adjustments to be on Deep Space Nine. I cannot stand that I have to turn on Lighting 2.0 on DS9 in order to see the stuff there, they would have made sure that Lighting 1.0 worked first there and then do the Lighting 2.0 update. With that said, you do have some good ideas.

With new consoles on the way. The game is overdue for a graphical update across all platforms. This wouldn't be the first or the last time they updated the game that left it unplayable for some players.

If they did switch engines (which they said is not something that they would do), then I hope they would switch to one with Vulkan support and get away from total DX dependence.

Game engine rewrites is something pretty much that never happens on game this old (or after launch anyway, I can think of only 1 example, Final Fantasy XIV and that was due to the game being in such a bad state that there was no other option and it was nowhere as old as STO is when the change happened).

Honestly I wouldn't take anything Future Guy (or the Suliban) say about his motivations for granted and that's assuming it was said in ENT to begin with.

I'd look into adding better eyelashes for female characters (if not everyone), depending on the graphics performance cost of adding them in.

(Along with some of those other good ideas already mentioned by others).

Edit: Another thing I'd add for tailor is the option to have a 'default' body (likely the first slot) that can then be applied across all costumes unless an opt-out is checked. That way when someone edits their character body/face they wouldn't have to do so across 20+ outfits for some people. :p

(alternatively they can make the new outfit, then opt out, and adjust hair and makeup and whatever else)
