Lobi Store doesn't make much sense to me, as it would be a Fed only thing. Most of the stuff in the Lobi Store are cross faction, with the exception of the DS9 uniforms. I think it would be better to release the Ent MACO outfit via C-Store or enhance the existing Enterprise Bundle by adding it to that and including the MACO rifle. Would kinda bring the Enterprise Bundle up to par with the TOS and DS9 Bundles a bit. Maybe throw in a Shuttlepod too?

That was my hope ever since I saw the uniform. I really want a revised Enterprise Bundle, with the existing ship and uniforms, including the MACO uniforms and rifle, Shuttlepod ship and pet, a unique NX interior design (we really need that), and maybe some duty officers (similar to DS9 bundle) like Xindi or something.

This is where I'm at too. I think that's why these assets haven't been released-- They already dropped the bundle and don't want to forfeit the sales by giving it to people who already own the bundle for free, and don't want the backlash of releasing a second enterprise bundle.

I don't think they'd go to the lobi store- the set dynamic would be weird. I guess the stun baton could be its own lobi weapon at least, the rifle really should just be a reskinning of the current MACO rifle, maybe with different fx and no borg bonus or something, it would make a good FE reward or something. Not to mention, the outfit's not much of an "armor" it's just fatigues.

I really really wish they had done the Ent bundle properly with Ent/Maco weapons and NX interior, NX Shuttle, MACO uniform, and a Denobulan doff, but alas. Seriously, of all the stuff they've added to the c-store in the ~18 months I've been playing, that bundle is the one I've always wished for.

I say just stick the costume in the store, gun for the FE, stun baton in the lobi store or in a short range themed melee pack 2 with a mekleth/daktagh and an ushaan.

I think the Particle Rifle will make its way into the Lobi Store if it's not part of an Enterprise bundle, and it's perfect for a "sniper rifle" type of weapon. I assume the sniper shot would have the scope coming out of the top like the one in Enterprise. The only thing I really hate about it is the fact that they enlarged it to twice the correct size, based off the model that's currently visible in ESD. They should make it the same size as it is in the show, and if they want to make it bigger they can just add the extended barrel that we saw on the sniper's variant.

You may be right about it being a feature episode reward, but I'm not sure how soon we'll get any content based off of the Xindi or Enterprise now that the Iconians are the big threat.

    I've actually thought about that;
Assuming that the Iconians retreated into subspace with the Solanae, Elachi and their other servitor races, they may no longer be able to exist in 'normal' space - in fact, "Sphere of Influence" mentions something about Iconia undergoing 'subspace terraforming' by servitor races, I think... It could be possible that the "Sphere Builders" are really the Iconians, attempting to establish an early foothold and weaken the Federation before it can become the threat it is now (especially with the Republic/Empire/Federation alliances against the Undine, Borg, etc.). In the episode of Enterprise where we see a supposed "Sphere Builder" ("Harbringer", I think), that could just be an Iconian-serving Romulan ala Hakeev or Ruul.

The sphere builders themselves are clearly NOT Romulan. Like the Solanae, they can't live in normal space. They NEEDED the Spheres to do a proper invasion. The primary purpose of the spheres was to create a localized disruption in space so that they wouldn't die as soon as they entered the universe.

I can still see them as a servitor race. They kinda fit the profile.

I never said the Sphere Builders were Romulan; in fact, I specifically said "It could be possible that the "Sphere Builders" are really the Iconians".

What I said in regards to the Romulans was actually that maybe the supposed 'Sphere Builder' we see in "Harbringer" isn't actually a Sphere Builder, but another servitor race member, possibly a member of the Tal Shiar like Hakeev or Ruul if the Sphere Builders themselves are Iconians.

Either way... we'll need the maco outfit, how can we beat the Iconians and not look epic in camo at the same time?

This only really makes sense as a C-Store costume, and they seem to have sworn off making more of those (which really sucks). Probably why development of it was halted and it was never released.

According to CaptainSmirk, during today's livestream, the tailor system may get a "quality of life" update to improve it, and he also mentioned that more C-Store uniforms were in the works. I assume this would include the MACO camo uniform, but I can't be sure yet. I'm lucky that he saw my forum question and answered it.

The Xindi Lockbox is all but confirmed. I saw a thread this morning linking to a page with some pictures of a Reptilian Escort, Aquatic Carrier, a Reptilian boff, and Xindi Tetryon weapons. These were only pictures of the boxes, not the actual items, as well as the picture of the lockbox itself.

So, Enterprise MACO Uniform and Particle Rifle may be coming to the Lobi Store in Season 9.5, with the introduction of this new box.

The thread has since been deleted, by who I don't know, so I can't get the link anymore.

"the tailor system may get a "quality of life" update"

Is it wrong to hope that part of that would be the removal of the (to me, somewhat arbitrary) seperation of Uniform and Off-Duty?

Seriously, I can't wear an ENT-Mirror knife belt or TOS-Mirror sash off-duty? I can sling on an extra eighty pounds of armor and equipment over my uniform, but I can't wear a mercenary bandolier over it? I can have a crew of Romulans and Remans with a Federation ally BOff and KDF Diplomacy BOff wearing Voth Light and Elite outfits, Omega Force, Hirogen body armor, etc... but I can't have them all dressed as Mercenaries because BOffs can't wear off-duty outfits? I can have a fully Ferengi crew in a Ferengi D'Kora with Ferengi Whips and the Ferengi Lobi set... but only the Captain/DaiMon can wear actual Ferengi clothes because they're off-duty?

    Sorry, divergent rant moment there...

Considering that the Xindi are supposed to be members of the Federation and the F/RR/KE are allies now, against a common foe, a Xindi lockbox is more believable than some of them have been... I wonder if we'll be getting an Expansion Duty Officer Pack to go with it? (Skagarans, Ikaarans - that is the race Karyn Archer's grandmother was, right? - the five Xindi races... Probably not Kovaalans, I wouldn't be surprised if they're still not happen for the little subspace corridor incident, even 250 years later...)

Nope, you're not wrong at all, I've been pushing for a complete removal of uniform separations for a long time. Removing them would open up so many great possibilities for new outfits. For example, Dr. Cooper wears a (Off-Duty?) jacket from an unknown outfit, Omega armor pants, and Uniform leather boots, and it looks great! So why can't everyone do that? Only NPCs get to have outfit pieces from multiple sections?

Considering that the Xindi are supposed to be members of the Federation and the F/RR/KE are allies now, against a common foe, a Xindi lockbox is more believable than some of them have been... I would love if the Xindi were given a prominent role in the F/RR/KE, since a huge argument made by Archer to the Xindi that helped him was that Xindi and Humans, along with the rest of the Federation, would someday be serving, fighting, and dying side by side on the same ships.

So, if I need to install a crew-quarters sized aquarium and hatchery in my Akira to further that goal, so be it!

Well, the survivor pack has been running for over a year, and they are running the doff promo. Maybe the next .5, lockbox, season release, whatever, will bring a new doff pack finally? I'd expect more to see something like delta quadrant races considering that's where we're headed, but who knows?

No offense, but since those are just images of inventory icons on a third-party website, I've still got some doubt - too easy to have been graphic manipulations since the detail levels are so low for the images.
