Le me guess...
It's going to be something completely underwhelming (again). :P

I found sea, but I doubt that that will be of any help. But with Amar, Singh, and many other references, I would say that it is definatly something to do with Augments, likely Children of Khan. As it is too soon to be S9/E2, and thae fact that Febuary 8 is one of teh clues, (I figured immediatly it was binary) adn the last 2 (I wasn't here for 1st), I would say it has to be the Anniversary FE/FES
EDIT: Could Gaia potentially be the third clue? It's the place where the DS9 crew crashed and met their descendants in the episode "Children of Time." Since "Children of Khan" has a similar name, perhaps there's supposed to be some connection?

so something about a doctor Amar Singh, a lab with doomsday capability perhaps on a gaia type planet near a sea to be released on 10th may 2014?
could he be working for the Iconians considering his connection to augments? perhaps a way of creating a new servitor race in the klingon empire considering the reference to SoI about Qo'nos.
T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW. Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.

The teaser image of the team testing Anniversary content says otherwise, and the fact that we've been told that the new content continues the Dyson Sphere story.
I've figured this is an ARG created by the OP, burstdragon, for a foundry series or something.
In a day and night of banging your craniums in frustration at my challenge, none have succeeded at finding all three components in the grid.
There are four additional challenges to be found out there as well. Some are on these very forums but another is to be found in proximity to the House Of Snoo.
Rather than lower the difficulty level of the challenges, I will instead offer you all some assistance in the hopes that you can elevate yourselves to meet my expectations.
The first two components of the first challenge that you have successfully uncovered were in fact Singh and Amar. The third undisicovered component could easily be misread as a Borg designation.

only 1 a nect to a u in the thing, and its not attacuhed to 'gment" so its not augment as the third clue.
47! You found 47!
What?

I think it may be some kind of code... cause it didn make much sense otherwise.
[There is] only 1 'a' ne[x]t to a 'u' in the thing, and its not attached to 'gment" so its not 'augment' as the third clue.
My character Tsin'xing
while it should have said
Mine was still easier to understand though... especially if you read the entire thing.
nevermind: I read the instructions.

there's "mew", so maybe a new cat!?
really, there are multiple short words, and many almost combinations.
yea, amar and singh are in there, (the only prisoner's name)
found "yam", so is this person hungry for potatoes?
found "malt", hmm, great, now I'm a bit thirsty... lol (along with "tea" & "bar")
found "cia" and "tux", did s31 get new suits?
found "dye"; are the colors being fixed?
found "fey"... hmm... lol
"mox", now why does that sound familiar...
found "Ayt", ok, that could be interesting.
ok ok, so it's bad; found "p2w". lmao
bottom line, real or fake, we as humans have a tendency to find patterns anywhere,
even if there isn't. either way, it's been entertaining. :}
All I have to say is: 23 Enigma
