Exit is to the West, down the corridor and left at the end. Don't bump into a wall and you should have plenty of time to spare.
By the way, played through it last night with fleetmates, took about 20 minutes and was real fun. However I do think it should reward a Dyson commendation point.
One thing that I seem to notice is like Elachi on the ground the Voth seem to load most of their HP into their shields. Am I right? Do they just have really low resistance? I ask because I seem to be able to burn them to death through their shields in the blink of an eye. Even their Dreadnaught just gets blown to bits right through its shields.
It was the first dyson stuff I have done. I got this 2500 exp Mission reward. It was fun and pretty easy on elite with the right team (elite stf channel). With all the small stuff and the multiple directions it is awesome for a beam boat with FAW3. Additional attack pattern beta makes the difference. Tactical Cubes with 3+ beta a very easy kills.
This Mission does not depend so much on dps. There were a time, you needed about 10-20 mins for an elite STF. ISE (first shoot all generators low), CSE (trying to kill all cubes at the same time). Breach is no grinding, STFs are now. Therefore I like it as it is. It's like the vault without shuttles.
The first time was confusing, especially the effects on your movement speed,
but after you learn what influences your ships speed how, the mission becomes more and
more fun.
All in all, it feels more dynamic and fun then the ESTFS,
the "Boss" fight could use some tweaking, it feels a bit to forgiving in in my oppinion,
while rescuing the ships is a bit to harsh, as they die a tad to fast for pugs to really make
attemps to safe them.
But all in all, a promising design, same for the other new STF,
if thats what to expect for the future, we are on a good way!
Ploz Cryptic, nerf this mission so we can finsh it in 1 minute just by press the space bar.. not even make me use my impulse engines! JUST SPACE BAR OR IS TOO HARD!
There is more then enough time to escape.
You don't have to fly all the way back, there is a second hull breach opening along the way.
Oh and ditching those stupid combat impulse engines also helps.
After you find the way out it's not bad. But still there were people who said to make the exit a bit more noticeable, and the Devs did not listen.
Also, I'm discovering that Breach on Elite is very bad for Escorts. Especially at the Defense Nodes, escorts cannot handle that amount of firepower. Those Battleships need toned down, especially the gravity well.
And still wonder why you get Voth Implants in Spire, but not in Breach?
Hmmm I reckon it could be done in tier 1 ships.....
I'm sure I'll be proven wrong shortly after posting this, but I actually think this might be one mission that's not quite *this* easy. Tier 5 ships are definitely not a hard requirement, but there is a lot more pressure in terms of incoming damage, more demand for damage output, and you don't have partial control over triggering spawns like you do in the Borg STFs as far as I can tell.

Or you let a cruiser tank it?
With the cruiser command draw fire, its NP to hold threat v.s. an escort, if the escort stays in range.
honestly what they should do is make each reputation faction enimy worth rep xp for each kill as well. elachi like 5-10 xp per ship depending on size and same for voth. ground enimies worth 1-5xp per kill. i think this would entice more people to play the faction qeuee's more often. that way theres more way's then the silly and often extremely low mission rewards to do the qeuee's and or missions. it also makes a viable alternitive to those who dont have a lot of time for the qeuees. or get one point per kill or something like that.
I do not know what you guys are talking about not enough time to escape, I did it now in an Oddy and a Scimitar, a friend did it in a Recluse and I've seen a Atrox and escorts that got completely lost make it before is blew up (all on Elite).
Hi, my name is: Elim Garak, Former Cardassian Oppressor
LTS, here since...when did this game launch again?
Opposite aside that you come in, at the bottom a new path will open, just fly straight and at the very end take a hard left and you're outside. Romulans can cloak to increase their maneuverability for that sharp turn, but if you have evasives or hit hard reverse to make it too (there was also a trait that improved turn at full impulse), but even without any of that I usually in my biggest ships make it out with about 20 seconds left on the clock.

So just ran this on elite with a PUG group of 4 (one person left really early, not sure why), and two of them had never done it before.
We did it in like 15 minutes? I fail to see the problem here, OP.
Only issue I have is with the transphasic torpedo turrets. They feel a bit overtuned (doing roundabout 10k per torpedo stright through shields, and at the integrity nodes they're grouped by at least threes), to the point where I've gone from full to dead in about 6 seconds on a fleet level cruiser packing mk xii mine neutroniums.
To put that in context, the dreadnought's torpedoes are doing 3-4k a pop.
I've just run Elite Breach with my dual cannon equipped Kar'Fi.
Closed 7 of the 8 hanger doors, saved 4 out of the 5 ships we managed to save. As only 1 other person seemed to know what, we were down to 3 when attacking the City Ship.
But the rest of the team had bailed before we started dealing with the secondary power core, and I had to finish the mission by myself. The sub-space snare on the primary power core is real pain for a cannon equipped ship.
I don't have fleet weapons or shield. I'm still carrying all the Borg weapons from Roxy and the Honour Guard set. This mission was fun with my fleet and a nightmare Pugging.
I think this mission is fine, but some people really need to up their game.
They definitely need to balance this out for non Cruisers.
Not sure now many times I'm getting 1 shot in my Promethus or Vesta by these things. Definitely making it not fun.
i run a prometheus, and i was doing quite well. the trick is a balance of hull and shield heals. so far i havent died doing this mission. though trying to solo the defenses around one of the integrity nodes can take alot of work, it's nice to have a challenge for once. if people cant stand the challenge, go to the dyson sphere and do the dailies. they're easy as hell and pretty hard to TRIBBLE up on.
Pugged this in Elite with my Oddy (yeah an Oddy). Took about 15 minutes. 2 went left, 2 went right and one went up the center in the beginning. BFAW's blasting away at stuff. The first part took MAYBE 3-4 minutes. Those slipstreams really make it fast and fun if you stay in them.
Pop over to the breach rally, BFAW again, Enter the ship. Took a second to figure out you had to fly close to close the bay doors, but that part took another 3-5 minutes.
Move along to the Destroyer, save a few ships, fly around the Destroyer so you can shoot his unshielded side.
If i can escape in a big old Oddy, you can escape with ANYTHING!
Also this was my FIRST runthrough.........
So to the OP learn to think, learn to fly and next time dont forget to put engines on your ship........
Also glad there is finally a queueable event thaqt cruisers shine in!:D

You wouldn't happen to have you power setting at "glass cannon" would you?
Course not, I run high power to shields at all times. Even equipping AP armor.
To note, I don't die that easy with normal Voth inside, I'm talking about those Battleships that guard the Nodes. Even you have to admit that is a very nasty Gravity Well that's worthy of a Boss-fight.

Defeats the purpose of people playing the Events "go somewhere else if you can't handle it" now doesn't it?
You can easily take out the defenses around them from long range easily, it's that Battleship that makes things troublesome with that nasty Gravity Well that 1-shots you.
They definitely need to balance this out for non Cruisers.

I played it in a Vesta and didn't die, and that's got less hull than your escorts.
It's not a hard or long mission, I'm just put off by the random super high speed buff you get when you're outside of it, and the camera problems inside. But the Voth themselves are pushovers.
Comments
so it took more than 5 minutes (average)? :P
it sounds cool I'll have to try it soon

It does on Elite actually.
Battleships are fine and dandy as they are.

It does on Normal too, actually (only 1 per day, though). What you get extra on Elite is Voth Neural Implant.
It's not remotely nearly invincible. Even on elite one player can smash through it's shields. It's sounds like you had a pretty bad pug team.
Supposedly. Done the Breach elite twice since it went live on holodeck and haven't received the Voth implant once.
Strange since it did drop on tribble.

For what we get for doing Breach that mission is not even worth trying.
LTS, here since...when did this game launch again?
The only thing that is maybe too powerful is the gravity well. Even Evasive manuevers wont help you there.
There are two things to remember. 1 : Read the objectives and follow them. 2 : Dont be a fool.
So dont shoot the invincible shield facing. Also dont use destroyable torpedoes, for the Voth spam AOE effects and they will kill the torps.
