    So, will the 2pc Nukara Strikeforce Weapon Stabilizers override the Subspace Integration Circuit's "Weapons Offline" after 4 seconds?
    Because the Weapons Offline mode cannot be resisted, the temporary immunity conferred by Weapon Stabilizers shouldn't offset this console's updated properties.

    I am almost to the point where if I get hit by another one of those I am going to ALT+F4. Sure, it is not very sporting, but neither are those Elachi lockbox consoles which disable all your subsystems and your bridge officer abilities for such a long period of time.

    the effect on npcs isnt even nerfed at all, but they are to stupid to know that. if there wasn't patch notes, they would never have noticed a difference

    It was said in the Tribble thread that it's because the NPC's don't treat perception the same way as the player, I believe. So disabling weapons is basically the same thing as the black cloud.

    Buffing damage - Cool.
    Nerfing slow - Meh..
    Nerfing Disable to disable weapons - Works fine for me.

    It'll make us evul Pee vee pee ars happy. It'll make the Pee vee eee ars sad.. until they see thet improved Boom I'm guessing.

    The biggest change may be that resistences are actually counted now. Because they were not counted at all before, it was very difficult to see what 83.3% actually meant, or what 80.0% means now, because just the Borg Deflector put the effect at over 93% for everyone against anyone.

    Everyone using the thing had bonuses for Graviton Generators, which was counted before as part of the effect. Now there is a resist component, but I'm not really sure how that plays yet. I highly doubt they removed the GG bonus, and it will be interesting to see if they accounted for the no-cap feature that apparently exists with GG bonuses, which is different than how Gravity Well works which I believe caps the total debuff.

    Said another way, I still think that without a cap on the hold and a -80% debuff base, a few purple MK XII Grav Generators + Borg Deflector will still put a -99.9% speed buff on a target.

    I would love to see the math on this one, because it looks like the effects of Inertial Dampners is going to be trivial if the attacker is stacked in Graviton Generators. Unless I'm missing something, one could have 200 points in Inertial Dampners and still suffer a 50% or higher speed debuff.

    With that said, most Tactical in Escorts don't have really high Grav Generators, so for them the console (in theory) won't hit as hard as it will when used by a SCI with over 200 in GG.

    Wow, loss of perspective much? Please explain, in detail, what you, as a PvE player, have actually lost due to this change. Seriously. Please explain how the fact that it does slightly less hold against NPCs, for slightly more damage and an IMPROVED disable (versus NPC, since the can't actually shoot now) is bad (for PvE).

    Oh, and when you tell the bold-faced lie that you PvP "all the time", please explain in detail why locking players out of their BOFF powers was good for PvP gameplay, and why it needs to come back.

    Or, since those tasks are impossible, how about you stop spreading your nonsensical vitriol?

    It's also damned hilarious the arguments PvEers use... Actually they don't use anything that's remotely close to an argument, they just stomp and scream "I wanna iWin button" even though the elite content in this game is super easy.

    Lets also be absolutely honest, if nearly every NPC ship was using this console pre-balance pass, you'd get hundreds of angry PvEers screaming they quit. Then again maybe not, since most elite NPCs have trouble destroying unbuffed T2 ships.

    He's a PvPer. Yes, a PvPer whining about Cryptic nerfing a crazy overpowered console that he uses.

    Actually it is funny and sad at the same time. It got balanced for PvP and even buffed for PvE, so almost everybody should be happy now. It's like there is some trigger in their heads that tells them to get some torches and hunt for PvPers everytime something changes in patch notes and they don't really understand these changes.

    The really sad part is, that those hardcore PvE ranters really seem to be unable to see that this is actually an improvement. Maybe they haven't noticed yet that almost all of their evil NPC opponents rarely use defense buffs and thus weapon disable is pretty much the same, I don't know. And the damage got buffed, too... I'm not sure if I'd go as far as DDIS and call them too stupid to see this, but it's damn close.

    Super Duper Win would be to drop CD to 2min [its essentially a sci torpedo does it really need a 3min cd now?] other than that I'm fine with the changes, then again I've been on Risa all summer except for leveling a couple of new chars so they could get to risa :P

    This stupid console is killing pvp it's the most op piece of equipment in this game !!
    I queued for capture and hold kdf vs fed, and was shoot every time in my fleet vor cha with this stupid console every fed dude had one :( endless loop respawn get shoot by it and I m KO
    The effect of the "Universal Console - Subspace Integration Circuit." is ridiculous it makes you pinned down and helpless and it has a CD of just 3 min i think 3 min?? some stupid non functional c store consoles have average cd of 3 min and they aren't even worthy of mentioning. I don't expect cryptic to nerf it not totally because some people paid real money for it, and they find some wrierd fun out of it like premade teams killing noob teams and sayind after 15 0 "gg thx all", or " it was fun" FUN WHERE ? What I m saying I will not play this game anymore I'm a free player who is grinding all the time to get some solid equipment and sets for endgame content and its no use cant even stay alive anymore :((((((((((((((((
