    Well... You could have my badluck.. I thought.. Let's see if I can charge some Zen onto my contract phone.. I am sure it wouldn't work!

    But it did work... So.. Yeah. Ha.. I am not in debt with my phone company for 3000 zen xD

    Same thing just started happening to me as well. I was on Trek an hour or so ago. Now, nothing. Launcher error.

    Traceroute dies trying to get to the patch server address/startrekonline.com somewhere near Boston it appears on Cogent's network. Haven't seen anything on why though. Hopefully this gets fixed/rerouted soon...

    Aye. They are looking into it. So let's all be patient. Atleast it's not WoW, when them servers go down it's 6 hours before you even get any response.

    Cryptic Store is down aswell. Wanted to spend the 3000 zen I accidentally bought on my contract phone.. I seriously didn't think it would go through.. Silly me xD

    That would drive me insane if I just decked out a new ship, and got everything ready to go. Then out of no where I cant connect to test it out lol.

    Error I'm getting is:
    Unable to connect to Patch Server. Please check your Internet connection. If the problem persists, please contact Technical Support.

    Considering I'm watching a HD live stream at the same time, I suspect it's not on my end.
    I know there is a method but all I see is madness.

    its not our internet.. it must be something their end.. please sort it so we can get back to gaming! can't be coinsidence its happening to so many people tonight.. I also cant even get onto the launcher

    It's an issue in Champs Online, too. Having trouble with both STO and CO's launcher.

    i'm in the uk and i'm also having the same problems loading the launcher and getting to the website as others here.

    i had to go through facebook just to be able to post this.

    my firewall is set to allow the launcher and patch client through and my browser clears all it's history on exit. so i know it's not a problem with either of them. :mad:

    sto.perfectworld.com - That's the link you should use, loads the site no problems... Only the store is down via that link.
