Cooper is walking through the presidential lawn flanked by two heavy drones. Suddenly the drones shut down as Jacob lands a few feet ahead of cooper flanked by firefly as a squad of seirria trooper surround him from the rear.
Cooper: well I must say I am impressed.
Jacob raise a repulsor
Jacob: its over surrender now before you get hurt.
Cooper: oh I really don't think I'm going to.
Jacob: terrace is already in orbit taking out your fleet you don't believe me ask your commander.
Cooper swiftly moves dodging Jacobs blast Jacob takes to the air and fires as firefly and the sierria troopers ( unsc super soldiers) open fire. He dodges it taking out two of the troopers. Before he can attack the third firefly jumps and slams onto his chest sending him back a few feet.
Cooper: so you think you can still take me.
Jacob behind him
Jacob: yeah
He punchs him in the face sending him flying back.
Jacob: I know what makes you so fast and strong and if you can't keep your cool you can't control it.
Firefly draws both pistols firing the heavy PAC rounds at him dealing moderate damage. Cooper jumps infront of him knocking both pistols away as they engage in hand to to hand as Jacob tries to get a shot. Cooper places an emp device of firefly disabling him as he send him flying.
Cooper: so its just you and me know.
" Now the gate has been unlatched headstones pushed aside; corpses shift and offer room ,a fate you must abide."
Cooper and Jacob begin there fight each one exchanging blows to the other neither one really seeming to get the edge. The fight goes on as time is favoring cooper as Jacob starts getting tired.
Cooper sees an opening and slams full force at Jacob which send him flying into the nearby wall. Before he can even get up cooper is on top of him attacking. Jacob sees the integrity meter going red as his power levels start to drop.
Jacob: Roland put all power I to the center repulsor now.
Roland: done
Jacob: goodby you piece of dirt.
Jacob: fire the center beam which leave a large whole in coopers chest. Cooper looks at him with shock and then a smile come on his face as he falls next to Jacob. Its only after he falls he notices cooper is holding a grenade.
Jacob: Roland we need power now!
The grenade goes of sending Jacob a few yards as he comes crashing down into a small garden area. He is bloody and missing pieces of armor and suffering a few broken bones but alive.

Kenway: Pretty sure. As lying right now is not a wise idea. The Romulans are at war with the Republic now.. the Klingons are helping the Republic but I don't know. Last I hear from last comms is that there is a massive incursion to DS61
