With season six now on holodeck, and DStahl's comment in the Ask Cryptic saying that the season six push would in some way enable the android variants to finally be added, could we please get some kind of official update to this issue? We've been waiting quite a while now with no word at all about where you folks are at as far as being able to offer them.
I'm not asking for a specific date, but any type of timeframe would be appreciated. Are we still waitig for time to be freed for the art dept to work on the costume variants? Will they be added before vet reward 1000? Before season 7? Please, we've had no real info about this, anything that can be said about this matter would be greatly appreciated!

It's not an issue of "seeing". I'm pretty sure that Branflakes, the mods and the devs aren't blind. However, there are topics they are ignoring because they are uncomfortable. Things like broken promises, absent fleet retrofits, lock box criticism......

I've gotten my answer, the variants are NOT coming. Cryptic doesn't give a spit about subscribers. Honestly, given where this game is heading, they really don't care about non-subscribers either. I'm done wasting my breath. I'm done wasting my time.

In less than 30 days The Guild Wars 2 headstart begins, and on August 28, Guild Wars 2 launches. When this happens, I won't even visit the threads anymore.
I wasted my money on 3 lifetime accounts, 1 monthly account, and hundreds in the cstore to a company who has become shameless in their need to abuse their customers at EVERY turn!
Anyone interested in seeing how a good company treats their customers should check out ArenaNet's Guild Wars 2!

Well, I went and bought The Secret World instead of giving my month's (and a bit extra) disposable income to Cryptic. I figured it's better I boldly go where I've not gone before for a while. Month's game time, and then suddenly, GW2 launch!
If only I had an android variant who could regale me with exhaustive detail the reasons to stay with STO and to give Cryptic my money. But I fear even such an android would be lost for words right now.
