That sort of thing isn't really possible if ARC isn't letting her log in. However, it was an issue with ARC, and it's been cleared up. She managed to get back on again.

She already did that, even reset her router and still having issues in logging in.

The error message comes up when someone else already has that name. So if you are trying to get your original name back, chances are you were trolled out of it. I ended up having to pick brand new names for my characters to avoid such an issue.

I'm not holding my breath. Not really worth in getting your hopes up when there's been no hint of an anniversary announcement made by the CM's. Though it would be a nice surprise.
