Personally, the way i see it, is that the 1% drop rate is purposefully implemented into the game, it's not a glitch. So if they do take something i drop, then that's just part of normal gameplay. I see what you mean though, it sucks that us white players can get a pker's penalty. That's just my own view on the subject…

If the wolves you are capturing are the same level as you, then they will not level up until you do. The pet's exp bar will fill up but wont tick over. Your pets cannot be a higher level than you. Hope this helps :)
