I have received a reply from customer support:

Please make sure you respond to this ticket from:
Please make sure you respond to this ticket from (1)support.perfectworld.com in the “My Support” tab or (2)simply following the link below. Failure to do so will invalidate this request

If I am inside the ticket allready, then what is the meaning of (1)
And can someone show me where is the link in (2) since I have not found it, pic would be good.

Thank you!

Hopefully this message will be posted!

I'm sorry but GMs are a myth.

    lol @100 gold

I'm guessing they might mean to click "accept solution" once your inside your ticket....

which will then open out to this here....

and you write your reply there?

    Click submit and your done.....

At least, that's what i assume they're talking about b:cute

I get another thing when I contact customer support, they reply back asking for information and I send them the information required, but instead of getting a reply for my problem I keep getting an annoying message that they have not heard back from me regarding the problem I have sent and so they will close the ticket although I always get an automated message saying that my message has been received...

I think it is better this way to say that they did not hear from me back than doing some work and look to solve my problem. (a copy paste message is much easier) b:surrender

Thank you for reply, allthought I am kind of scarred pressing accept solution and provide the info they asked, since they might miss the ticket!

Allthough I find it funny, since not a single mod came here to clarify.
