White names have like a 1% chance of dropping something from their inventory (not equipped).

Why is a level 81 cleric asking this? b:question

And a level 60 has the right to smack talk? b:scorn

But seriously, she's from Harshlands. (And since YOU'RE from HL, you know how bad the PK gets.) She's an 86 cleric, for crying out loud.
So either she has been very VERY VERY (very) fortunate to never get PK'd while white named for 86 levels OR she's a Hyper/Oracle grinder who doesn't know how to play.

Point being, by THAT level on a PvP server, you should KNOW that, regardless of how those levels were earned.

So you did with level 86 XD
Well, yes i have the right of talking....b:laugh

And there is 1% chance to drop. So You can get killed many times before even droping a single item.

And there's a lot of pk in specific areas only. Anyway! Have fun, I did not mean to hurt you.

Might as well close it because the conflict is solved.

Blue name or white name you have a 1% chance of losing a item.

So if you are rpk you can get drops free very easy cuz they will drop even if they have they name white, maybe the drop rate is low but if you kill enough people you can get some profit for that.

Now.. what if I don't trust banks? I keep my valuables in a sock under my bed. Can I do it in PWI, too?

Lol, but yea... it DOES suck that you CAN drop even when white named. But it is PvP server, so you should be prepared. Also, woman, you lost 20 pieces nectar (?), that aint anything, REALLY!

At one stage, for a couple of weeks, i was dropping as a white name nearly every time i got pked. I think i was just downright unlucky, but i was seriously starting to consider if my character had a drop-glitch or something lol.

On the other hand, i was lucky in the way that most of my pker's returned my drops, and no, i never asked for them back. When i dropped a bunch of pots one time, one guy just took a few for himself and returned the rest. To me, that's actually a nice gesture, as they have every right to just nick off with whatever you drop. b:sweat Now, even though i'm never red named, i don't keep anything valuable in my inventory.

im quite interested to know where u found this information oh great one, on what level u SHOULD no about what % u can drop at white name and all other %s for that matter.

just cos u perhaps found out early, from people most likely telling u, doesnt mean every1 else had when there most likely playing the game there first time/year here.

besides, lvl 8x isnt even high anymore, not with hypers, the only levels considered *high* is 95+, but id say 100+ tbf.

Well actually - to be more precise -PKers have NO right to nick off you if you were white-named. The drop penalty is just that - a penalty for being a PKer in the first place.

As you were white-name you were just unlucky to have your 1% chance get used up (hopefully) all at once lol and you just happened to be PKed by a nicer PKer than most of 'em are b:chuckle

Personally, the way i see it, is that the 1% drop rate is purposefully implemented into the game, it's not a glitch. So if they do take something i drop, then that's just part of normal gameplay. I see what you mean though, it sucks that us white players can get a pker's penalty.

That's just my own view on the subject anyway. I don't claim any of that as fact lol.

Mehh, either way, it doesn't bother me too much. Probably because whatever i drop will never be of much value b:chuckle

Why not? If you never participate in pvp there is a big chance you just assume white names cant drop. Majority of players on pvp-server (even higher levels) just do their BHs and pve-related lol. I mean you can hit 100+ without even leaving safe zone. The times you get randomly pked are close to none unless you hang around West gate, Silver Pool, HO and such.

This is something that varies among players. Personally, a decent lvl is 8x. It isn't godly as it was a two years ago, but it still is good. I think 90+ is sweet and ofc 100+ is great. Now you say that a high lvl is 100+, or 95 at the very least... A player that used event rewards to lvl in 15 mins, then used hypers mixed with oracles and got to 101 in a few days is not a high lvl to me. Yes, a hyper lvl 8x is perceived ... as meh by me, but an old school player that took their time (breaks) to enjoy the game and got to 8x without BH much, w/o hypers and oracles is a decent lvl... You know what I mean???

    a lvl 101 =/= lvl 101

i no how this game works in terms of levels and how long it can take, ive been here for years, before even herc and nix came out and it took an average player that doesnt have there face glued into the screen 24/7, about 6 months just to hit level 80 (1st time playing), now that can be done in a matter of playing a couple hours a day for a few months.

end of the day, 8x isnt a high level, at all anymore, not when u can just **** BH all day to level from 6x to 8x, takes a few week of ONLY BH and nothing else, only if some1 was trying to *prove a point in lvling* by not using BH or hypers, then grats to them, but it still isnt considered high level, its considered *a good level* more likely.

    *facepalm*

Enjoy thinking that 8x is a good lvl and 100+ is a high lvl just because the 8x did not hyper/bh and the 100+ hypered to 100 in a month...

This ain't about what lvl is the start of a high lvl... To me, there is NO MORE high lvls. There are either those hyper ppl, those that don't hyper and those that do it sometimes.I guess the size of e-p. still means a lot to some.

Tiger, it might be that way in LC, but in Harshlands, with so many RPK factions out there, it's hard to get from 30 to 86 and not get killed once. (Particularly if you have my luck, and constantly run into Jlung, Dollie, and Smookeer.)
Even if you don't participate in PvP, sometimes it finds YOU, white name or not. The most popular place, like you mentioned, is Silver Pool, which we all know is where all the 3x's go out to quest, and where giant dooshbags go out to kill them. It's not uncommon to die at least 15 or more times during the 30-40 ramp. (30 from Silver Pool, 40 from Jade Shores.)

If she did SZ level? Too bad. You should learn to play more aspects of the game than the cash shop alone. If not, you should pay more attention to things like the PWI wiki. Too bad again. I have no pity for someone who didn't learn one of the most important parts of a PvP server.

v.v Sorry if I seem cold, but that's just the way it is.

Harshlands has been different in that regard.

When LC first opened, there were way too many carebears and although RPK factions have gotten strong and have owned multiple lands on the map, none of the dominating factions have ever been RPK like I think HL is now.

When I was there it was basically Kingdom/Kylin and neither were RPK. I know the map has changed quite a bit since then...

Is Zulu's origin remotely connected to QQme? If I remember correctly, they were the first real RPK faction to gain any power, but they fell apart to... well, the leader being nuts and rage-quitting faction and booting everyone after his guild pk'd him for constantly rpking lowbies in SP. lol.. that drama was pretty epic. haha
I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

Your missing the point Born...It may seem crazy to you but, it is very possible to play through the game and still be learning. I will give you one of my shortened stories. When I was leveling my psychic I thought that ruby shards etc actually added fire damage to my magical attacks. It was until I actually got told that is not the way it works and researched it for myself I understood(And I was level 88 by that point). My point is it is very easy to play PWI and miss little things like that, mostly because you don't bother to ask about it. And no it does not mean just because you are on a PK sever you should no this information either.

But to the OP yes you can drop even when white named.

(Zulu's not that bad. Of course, being married to a former member, and being a forum troll has its advantages. I only get killed by Jlung half as much as I used to, lmao...)

When I was there it was basically Kingdom/Kylin and neither were RPK. I know the map has changed quite a bit since then... (You have NO idea...xD Do you like Orange? You'll love Harshlands right now. There's all sorts of citrus-type colors. About 75% of the map is Orange. The rest are spots of zesty lime green (Crimson) and an old bottle of lemon air freshener. (Kylin.))

Is Zulu's origin remotely connected to QQme? If I remember correctly, they were the first real RPK faction to gain any power, but they fell apart to... well, the leader being nuts and rage-quitting faction and booting everyone after his guild pk'd him for constantly rpking lowbies in SP. lol.. that drama was pretty epic. haha
(I was only there for the tail end of QQme, as an archer before the TB's came out. But I think Zulu is made up of bits and pieces of Kingdom and Kylin. I know that Rome was once part of Kylin, although Nurfed originated from another faction, I'm not sure which. I'm sure it's somewhere on one of his old PK videos.)
