You chose to necro a year and a half old thread to post a build that is in the stickies at the top of the forum?

Heaven's Flame is HF. The reason it's called HF should be blatantly obvious given that information b:cute

The ribbons are selling well at the moment because the ease of getting cannies means everyone wants their robe/helm
-
That must have been when I was sleeping then. Now hurry up and finish selling your rep at low price so I can sell mine b:laugh

Lost City went from 1.7m/gold to 2.3m/gold at its peak. It's already back down to 1.7m/gold though.

I live in Australia, if I go out clubbing with my friends I can easily blow through $300 (if not more) in one night on alcohol, cab fares and a kebab, which ends up going down the toilet bowl. I don't see the issue with spending $1500 on rank 9 for a game that I have played for over 4 years now when I compare it with 5…

☆Calloused Lionheart Hatchets are guarantee'd. Nirvana will rely on luck to get the add. R9 has GoF which is essentially the same thing, just more chance of occuring.

The minute he wrote crith I knew it was him b:laugh

Hi _Ghoul_
-
Guys he said 70M coins, not 70 gold. That makes his budget about 40M lower than you are using for your suggestions. Trying to make an aps barb with 70M coins is only going to get him laughed at.
-
70m is not enough for an aps set i'm sorry to say.
-
Edged Blur is easily my most used chi skill in TW. 2 sins pop out of stealth on you? Edged Blur and laugh while you target someone else and watch them die. Cata puller invokes? Edged Blur and stick to him like glue. Not to mention, it got even better this update with it's chance at 1.5x damage.

Many mmo's have proven that nerfing classes is not the way to balance. Small increments to the other classes to bring them up to par, not huge sweeping changes that push them over and above to be the new OP class. Looks to me like PWI have taken the right step, lets just hope future changes aren't 3+ years in the making.

Barb's don't kill quick enough to grind money "efficiently", you would be better off investing that time into farming high level mats and selling them either to cat shops or better still from your own cat shop. If you want exp as well though, then grinding phys damage mobs is obviously your best bet, Rockenwolves are 84…

You guys do realise that by "dex build" we don't mean go min str and the rest dex ..... You do enough dex to make your crit rate respectable and still end up with close to 400 str. This is my current build, http://pwcalc.com/8a2166a90ba2672a which constantly crits, GoF's and crit GoF's in pvp. This is what I'm aiming for…
-
Seeing as you sit here telling us we don't know how to play a Seeker if we use DoT's and a dex build, why don't you explain how you take down R9 JoSD barb's (actually, anything full JoSD).
-
Pretty much as above, use whatever drops or just buy white swords from the blacksmith until 48. Use the devil hunters swords till 60 then switch to TT. With the abundance of power levelling now no-one spends any substantial time killing lower level mobs so the chances of finding something in the AH are slim at best.
-
All that basically means is that your repair bill is going to be even higher when you finally do repair. If you dont want to see huge repair bills, go to town and repair every 10 minutes.
-
In this context, crowd control. Although considering it's PWI I tend to just assume Credit Card whenever I see it b:laugh
-
amen brother! b:laugh
-
Just do this. I started soloing the frost pulls (The 2 big phys mob pulls and the bigroom mobs) at 92 on my barb, without any demon skills, because it was taking too long to level. Just make sure you have the mobs in a half circle 'fan' around you instead of completely surrounding you, ie run past the last group and stop…

One sold for 85m on Lost City the other day.

Any BM that marrows in a fight against a seeker deserves to die b:laugh I have trained all my BM friends not to go near those buttons when they are fighting us.

The gears that keep getting upgrades are the ones that make them money. Morai stuff is free and doesn't make them money. It was given to the non cash-shoppers to keep them around longer so the cash-shoppers don't get bored and quit. I doubt Morai gear will get an upgrade.
-
The difference is that you don't vit stone TT99. I'm pretty sure that's what Saku was getting at.
-
I seem to recall using at most 1/4 of a charm when I was doing it to level. The repair cost is about right though. That would make it closer to 1m an hour profit which is not shabby, but not really all that worth it either.
-
I looked into this myself when I was deciding on what to give my new sin, and while they are definitely a perfectly fine choice and do out-dps r8 *if* they bump you to 5 aps - the fact is you are likely going to be forking out the gold/coin for r8 for the top anyway. The slight difference in dps isn't really worth the…
-
You need 5 str and 3 dex every 2 levels to wear the latest HA and sword. That gives you 2 free points to play with. You are suggesting a 5 STR / 5 DEX build (although in a confusing way - don't know why you don't just say 5 str one level then 5 dex the next ...). That is hardly a full STR build as you are saying you want…
-
Agree with the above for bosses. For general pve I don't usually bother - when mobs are 1-2 shots anyway I don't see a point. Rather have no stance on so I can heartseeker the dumb *** sin that tries to stun/spark/aps me from stealth.
-
The ranged combo I use meshes cooldowns quite nicely. Ion Spike (drop if no sparks) > Battousai > Gemini Slash > Battousai > Arme Nier > Heartseeker > Repeat Melee I tend to use the same as above except I use Staggering Strike as soon as I see the NSW debuff icon. Ion, Gemini and Arme Nier are really our only big hitting…
