I'm a level 100 barb right now and I want to know what is a good axe/hammer to use that has the same effect as Calamities b:surrender

☆Calloused Lionheart Hatchets are guarantee'd. Nirvana will rely on luck to get the add. R9 has GoF which is essentially the same thing, just more chance of occuring.

the ones above...and u can also try your luck with oht axes ...the ones from oht forges really suck...but the lunar forges for gold oht have decent rates of getting sacrifice and the cost is insignificant (and pretty nice dmg base....bigger than calloused)
