    I know none of the stuff I sent got responses. Thats ok tho.

    Im just biding time here now till real games go live. Actually playing a PW private server more than PWI right now. At least those guys keep the game fun and everything is earnable ingame, WITHOUT SPENDING A TON OF CASH.

    I got a reply (not from Frankie though) and just waiting for a follow up. Private server sounds more fun right now.

    No. I can't even get a response from frankie these days. It's really annoying. Like Dethprowl says, a lot of us are just waiting for better games. SWTOR, Diablo3, Skrim, the list goes on.

    Just bumping this up again as we are still being ignored. No responses to the PM's I sent out when we got screwed again last week.
    No responses back from the company.
    There's NO reason that PW couldn't have sent us an immediate resolution for the SP fix, they just choose to ignore us.
    frankieraye isn't able to give us any information on it because he's being silenced by his managers. And the company refuses to reply to any of my inquiries about it.

    Looks like it's about time for a road trip to Foster City...

    You guys dont get it.

    PWI makes money from cash shoppers only. Who are majority cash shoppers?

    People between 90-105 for gear, for examples sin: Ironheart neck/belt, Ashura's boots/bracers, NV pants/dags, lunar robes, orbs, sockets, charms, etc.... You're looking at hundreds of dollars people are going to spend each. Thats just one example.

    I bet 80% of cash shoppers come from 90+, the other 20% from newbs under that.

    PWI has more VP's then dedicated developers it looks like, so they will spend their shared time fixing/adding stuff for 90+ people only.

    Head glitch? Never fixed not banable. 3rd boss? Never fixed, not banable. etc.. etc... Look at the big picture, and enjoy the game for what it is. PWI wants everyone 90+

    What the hell does that have to do with fixing the bugs, or actually following up with what they claim they are going to do?

    This thread was begun because of the lack of response from our CSM's here and to promote others to tell PWE exactly how they feel about how this game is being mismanaged.

    Whether you are a cash shopper or not, the severe lack of bug fixes, end-game content, and drastic changes like the change in SP have an effect your gameplay. They affect whether or not you will continue to spend time and money on this game.

    Basically, nothing you said has any bearing on this thread. I would even go as far as to argue that if they want everyone 90+, why don't they have more content for when you get there to keep you playing?
    Please don't take this thread off track with your pointless post that has nothing to do with the purpose of this thread.

    On another note, is your translator handy Shelly? I posted a new letter a little bit ago.

    Something YOU just dont get... PWI is bleeding new players cause of the SP blunder AND as those players who are 90+ get geared... and wont need to shop... WHO will take their place. Those 300+ lvl 105s on HT... will NOT keep spending at the levels they were now that they are geared. EVERY game depends on NEW players to fill the ranks after others have spent their cash and move on. But thanks for bringing forth a further need to get SP fixed SOONER then the SOON Frankie keeps telling us.

    @Sylen and in general: I sent a PM a couple hours ago, to a certain admin whom I've never seen before. S/he seems to be keeping a low profile here on the forums, so I won't give this person's name just yet (though I'm sure any of you smart cookies will be able to find out who I'm referring to). In the PM, I tried to express our side of the "lack of communication" problem and our wish for more transparency with the execs/devs. I'm not hoping for much, but no two people are exactly alike (see also: spoons vs. frankie - same job description, completely different styles).

    Well, well, this is quite a surprise..

    Haven't been around the forums, been too busy interning and such but wow, I am simply astonished by the thread. I can't tell you how much I AGREE on what needs to be changed and more in this game. It wasn't one of those "QQ pwi I hatez chu" posts, it was something well thought and planned out. Something that pointed out key issues that have been affecting players for quite some time (and THEN some) I enjoyed reading it. The hell with shortening the emails and letters: they need to read and hear what we really have to say! So, my hat goes out to you, for such a piece of fine and detailed work that you have posted! Can't ask for a better starting post on a thread. Anyway, the game had so many good things going for it. And in some of the other posts I read, on the game "evolving"...

    Patience is a virtue. Maybe they are working on something big, or it could be another tiny fix? Anyways, just wait for it. Closing this now.

    this was the answer from a mod concerning maintenance when they already knew there was none coming for today.

    Maybe it could be a good idea to write a short and simple note that everyone can copy and send, either using e-mail or actual mail so our voices will be heard? Or start a petition or something? Just throwing an idea in there.

    Fair enough. :P I was admittedly toning the comparison down, there. I certainly had my share of one-on-one dialouge with spoons during his time, and it was clear that he regretted his job description rather than hiding behind it like frankie seems to do. -_- So yeah, big difference. We're in total agreement there.

    I try to support frankie. Or at least, I did. There were times when I defended him when almost no one else did. But I'm sorry to say that the SP fiasco destroyed most of the respect I used to have for him. There's no reason he could not have been honest with us. Instead, he chose to slap a smiley-face sticker over the whole thing and pretend it was good, just so he could play damage control. Something tells me there's more going on there than just his job description... but either way, that job description is just another thing around here that needs a MASSIVE overhaul.

    Also, I share your sentiment with the communications of GM's.
    I too used to support them and back frankie up when the rest of the world was flaming them for something.
    Lately however they give us the barest minimum amount of information, and as you said, just slap a smiley sticker on it and then look away.

    On top of all of this, the support team has been doing a horrible job over the past several months and getting consistently worse. Now I know that there are many possible explanations for this, but after such a long time, you would think that the company would have done something to improve it.

    My current theories are...
    A. they are overworked. I'm pretty sure that the same support team works on tickets for all the games, not just PWI. They are so flooded with working on tickets that they have gone so far as to discontinue Live Chat support, and are no longer a presence in the game. The simple solution to this is to hire more members for the team.
    B. The manager in charge of operations is a complete failure and cannot see what is happening. This also assumes that the support team, (who should be seeing the problem), has not voiced that they are having an issue. Of course, this all relies on everyone giving a rats *** about it.
    C. Overall quality control just royally sucks. And since no one gives a damn, they are perfectly happy just bouncing tickets and leaving us in the dark.

    Hell, I've even applied a couple of times because I can see that they need help, and PWE doesn't even dignify me with a refusal letter.

    I think C is just an extension of B, really. XD

    There's a peculiar element to human nature which dictates that we continue to "stay the course" on things that just aren't working. Often, this involves us knowing that they aren't working (at least on some level, be it conscious or unconscious), but we'd never admit to it. I have a strong gut feeling that this is a large part of what's going on in PWE. At this point, it's going to be a big stretch to fix this game to the point where it's sustainable again... so maybe their M.O. for the past year has been to stick their fingers in their ears and go "LA LA LA LA LA IT'S FINE SHUTUP SHUTUP." :P

    The end result being: they're not just trying to convince us that everything's cool. I think they're trying to convince themselves.

    I cannot help but wonder if this is the PWE game that has the most amount of problems in terms of customer satisfaction, glitches/bugs, and overall content. If there were other games within the company that have a lot of issues, and that there is a complete lack of communication with China then I would have to say more than likely the staff is overworked.

    I mean, to be fair, with every new update, patch or cash shop item (even fashion), at least one person has to complain about it on the forums, a few of them for petty reasons. Trying to see this from the perspective of the employee, it would be difficult to balance the forums and complaints with monitoring the game. However, one could say that GMs hardly monitor the game itself and rely mostly on player reports, in which case, it would be either overwork or just no high standards/a lack of pride.

    I'm not saying that there are no legit complaints, absolutely there are. However, what I am saying is that we, as the player base, need to complain about the exact same issues over and over again so that the staff has and idea of what we are unhappy about. We need to be more mature about explaining the problems over again and keep bugging them, it does work after awhile.

    Remember a basic management rule: Customer is King!

    I am also compiling a list of problems that have been lingering in the game itself for just too long...

    Another thing you could do is complain to the Better Business Bureau and keep bugging them with complaints so hopefully they can mediate. It seems that there have been a couple of semi-recent complaints.

    dear china devs,

    this game sux for the cost. i know of games that are better and free online and, me know of games coming out soon that will kill this so, ya mize well make everything free and implement more content,even out classes power,glitch fixes,complaints of other issues. just fix it dont be lazy its not hard, u scum. no1 cares about this game, free means nuthing anymore in online gaming all games are free just about, on dam ps3 n xbox duma**
    just make a new pw already with all the gold youve collected from the consumers and give us a shiny new game why dont u, u could transfer all of our character data and items to the new game and have our same level characters. no1s gonna care about this cardbox stick man supernintendo graphix game soon so,thats why im here to help. u make refines/shards etc droppable in mobs,increase experience in monsters,increased drops=generate pvp and electricity from within. how do tv shows get paid? by people turning a **** to on, i think,,idk mayb wrong but,there it is, my two cents.

    bottom line is that it looks like they are going to fudge around keeping quiet, and wait out the firestorm till we get tired of yelling, and have something else to yell about. in the end, the SP will most likely never be fixed. PWE has too damn many other games to take care of, to care what go on here.

    Send another letter of complaint stating that you are dissatisfied with their response and emphasize the issue of poor customer service. They need to know that "working on it", is no longer going to be a proper solution. We are still dissatisfied and we need to let them now that, again, and again, and again.
