    I'm sorry to inform you that a single piece of armor with -.05 interval is not even remotely close to 5.0 APS. I don't even think it gets you to 2.

    Also, name these people that are one shotting me.

    You are forgetting about fists too, 1.67 APS and you can stack attack rate bonus with an OP genie, seems like you CAN get 2 aps with fist.

    Ok you can get 2.0 APS. That's still not high and at that point you might as well skill spam for more damage.

    BeingHope doesn't PK ever, Rwargh has never killed me, and I'm sure an assassin has one shot me before. I don't know if it was that skill in particular, as I am not familiar with all of them, but I can assure you it had nothing to do with the skill, but with the sin dropped tens of thousands of dollars on this game.

    Not sure about 4x, but at 8x fists without -int or with -0.05 or at least with -0.10 int you will outdamage axe skill spam.

    An assassin can prove it on there himself, I don't want to make other characters on more servers, I am already switching chars/servers, but LC is just like HT b:surrender . I deleted my old chars I lvled, I made an axe white named archer for the lols, honestly. I am going to try lvling an assassin there. No one PVPs me anymore really =/.

    as I understand it a regular hit deals dmg equal to the base p.attack,
    so this bm (assuming a 5aps build) does ~7.6k dmg every 1/5 of a sec

    (for both builds i assumed that they use the +30 attack level blessing. for the psy the spell was sage aqua blast, i calculated the sage aqua spirit +25% water damage)
    note that the rest of the equipment of the bm would further boost his attack.
    i didnt calculate the crits but clearly the bm, even without equipment has an advantage.

    would this psy rock in pvp? well yes.
    is that enough to balance it? no. some servers are pve anyway

    hm hm, i forgot that the bm has perma spark. so his dmg is actually (gasp)
    ~20k every 1/5 of a sec.

    on the other hand this slightly outdamages the psy

    there the above changes should allow 5 aps to stay while encourage more ppl to play other class.
