    Patch Version 263
    Released January 27, 2010

    Skill Changes

    Assassin
    Assassin's Chi gain per attack increased from 4 points to 5.

    Changed the effect of Assassin's skill Raving Slash into reducing target's movement speed.

    The Assassin's skill Bloodpaint has a longer duration.

    The Psychic's skill Bubble of Life radius increased from 5m to 15m.

    The Assassin’s skill Shadow Teleport and Shadow Jump can be used in any area.

    Psychic
    Fixed the issue that the skill Sandburst Blast has a wrong CD time.

    The effect duration time of Psychic's skills White Voodoo and Black Voodoo increased from 60 seconds to 900 seconds.

    Changed the timing for Soul of Vengeance and Soul of Silence:

    -The two skills no longer share the same cooldown.
    -Increased the effect duration time to 10 minutes.
    -Increased the CD time to 10 minutes.
    -Skill effects will remain after log off or death.

    Lowered the additional hatred value by Psychic or Assassin's skills.

    Blademaster
    Blademaster's Chi gain per attack increased from 4 points to 5.

    Lunar Glade

    This dungeon is currently under construction. Please do no use this feature.

    Bounty Hunter
    Level 100+ players have a chance to get 8 Ultimate Substances from the Sack of Observation after completing the 1st Bounty Hunter of the day.

    Hyper EXP
    New way to speed up your leveling! More details about this feature will be released in the coming week.

    Fashion
    Added a Fitting Room to the Boutique. Players can now preview fashions with different customizable colors.
    NOTE: THE COLOR PREVIEWED IN THE FITTING ROOM DOES NOT REFLECT THE COLOR OF THE ITEM RECEIVED UPON PURCHASE.

    Fashion Wardrobe increased to maximum 200 slots.

    Wardrobe Slot gains are as follows:

    1st Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 16
    2nd Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 32
    3rd Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 48
    4th Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 64
    5th Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 80
    6th Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 96
    7th Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 112
    8th Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 128
    9th Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 144
    10th Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 160
    11th Wardrobe Stone +16 Slots (2 Rows) Total: 176
    12th Wardrobe Stone +24 Slots (3 Rows) Total: 200

    The Fashion Change slots have also been increased to 40 (MAX) sets of fashion (3 per stone).

    Additional Fixes:

    Gears embedded with Jade of Steady Defense can now be re-forged correctly in Nirvana Palace.

    Added a new Sort feature to the Bag and Safe.

    Mysterious Merchants can now open packs of 50 and 100 Mysterious Chips in bulk for players.

    Dungeon wines can be bought directly from Mister Tso.

    The Mysterious Old Man now sells additional keys to the Palace of Nirvana.

    Fixed an issue where players were able to store Supply Stashes in the Account Stash.

    Fixed the Nirvana Re-Forge UI window.

    Fixed issue with Fashion not displaying properly with the Auction House Preview.

    I mean more content is great, but when there are prevalent bugs or lots of glitched features that ruin the entire gaming experience, it cannot out-weigh bug squashing. b:beatup

    Please note that bug fixes are always one of the things we try to get patched. Even if we don't have a patch for maintenance you can be sure that we do test potential fixes each week, but some fixes may require multiple revisions before getting them correct.

    That's actually nice to know, but some of these bugs have been out there for a long while, and can be critical for gameplay: bugged bosses and areas, like the Thousand Streams porting after a death in RB, losing money as you walk, not getting credit for some bosses in FBs (FB59 comes to mind), aggro bugs including recent "buff yourself and you'll get aggro from nearly anywhere"... and so on.

    I do understand that bugs don't fix themselves up and require time and effort to work on... maybe these bugs are just really hard to fix and are a dev's nightmare.

    And the following may be a bit off-topic, but I'd like to thank the staff for putting more detailed patch notes. I've noticed that since the expansion release, iunno if I'm the only one. Or maybe they've been more detailed for a while too, lol.
