As noted above, Dreamweaver is now back and with solid legs.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and will be running a few Phoenix events throughout the day on the east coast servers.0 -

I have found out an issue on PWI-Dreamweaver Server that when i'm trying to make a new character right after i enter Character Name & press create button it says "Server Network Error".
Pretty much sure it's an issue on your side not mine(players). Please take care of it.
