    if you use the full TT99 gold set (including necklace and belt) you get +3% crit, -3% channeling and +15 vit. Not to metion higher defenses and higher physical defense. If you shard your TT99 with immaculate garnets you can easily get 3k pdef unbuffed

    TT99 light ornaments are + evasion. Talking about useless for wizards...

    Elemental res Necklace and belt? Evasion rings? You on crack? and 99 usually has perfect shards in it, if your from a decent guild.

    elemental necklace/belt is so that you can get the +3% crit rate from having the full archangel set

    i got the rings for the 2% crit rate and the vit +5


    i thought you would know these things

    Your arcane wizard has 2000 phy def unbuffed at level 99. Who cares about 3 % crit if you cant even survive some physical hits.

    word of advise...

    USE PDEF ORNAMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    and mold / instnace capes suck so just craft a hundred or two regular capes and wait for afew hp bonuses


    always shard with hp!!!!!!!!!!

    It's a bit hard to get the materials to make these items. high lvl garnets are a must. no-one tells endgame is cheap, right?

    The reduction in pdef isn't worth the +3 critical, you'll already crit like a maniac at +12, and if your sage with BID, you'll crit even more. Be my quest if you wanna waste 4 giant beast shells on those rings, you'll look like an idiot. Your better of getting 3* rings with +2 crit, vit, and other attributes for even cheaper. Heck, I know a guy who made him self a 4% crit ring on LC -.-.

    because there's no definite way I can know what stats a future helmet of mine will be.
    94 pres and 5 vit isn't bad, just mediocre.

    golden FF weapons are excellent. i'd say better than TT99 with lvl85 requeriments.

    Only lvl 95 weapon in my opinion to get for a wiz is Neon Purgatory but some people keep telling me about Buddah Leaf. I dont really like Buddah Leaf for a wiz but i guess some people like the defensive stats. I am just gonna get ☆Inferno-Heaven Ravager:Souless since its kinda inexpensive and just try to get rank 8 for the next few years b:surrender. I didnt list any of the 2 star red lvl 95 weapons since they didnt list how to get it so i dont believe its in game. The other lvl 95 weapons the stats just arent good enough compared to TT99 Scaredevil or ☆Inferno-Heaven Ravager:Souless so i dismissed them. Feel free to look for yourselves im only gonna list these two.
