The biggest thing is that we don't go around asking for people to join. People come to us. I went from Avatar of War to random pieces of armor I got from quests and only changed each piece of armor maybe once or twice. Only problems should be solo-ing Heroic Encounters because they are not meant for 1 person. Other than that, it was very easy to go from 60-70 solo.

To make the event go somewhat faster, you can have at least 1 DPS character go out of the map on both sides so that they can stand right in their spawn or next to their spawn.
