This is correct, Ray of enfeeblement will not show as well. Only active stuns such as entangling force will pop a rogue from stealth however once the duration is over it will be stealthed again.

PvP Vendor Pots heal over time for 1k ticks and Restoring strike does damage for healing which he was running away at the time. Not to mention i just saw the same effect on a GF, so it's either an alchemy pot or a pot hack.

Seems all your points are some what valid however while equipping CC skills will help, the point that i was bringing up is that why is the duration of the skills different for CW only?
