Excorcist's Rings recalled?

Were they taken out of the game? I remember noting that I was gonna get those rings and now i cannot find them in AH at all on the Dragon server. Its not just someone buying up the rings either. since the minor version of this ring which can be bough from drake seals.
It even lists the ring here in a previous forum post

Its not the 1st time I have seen glitches with in npc's
I have seen a accessory merchant selling boots

so is it a glitch or are they removed?

    Its a necklace not a ring, they count 2 because they put 1 on their pet i guess (they include 3x Ancient Slavemaster's Ring of Control)

    So there is no ring that give 154 power crit armor pen?

    Doesn't seem like it, the drake one is a neck too btw.
