I disagree with your labelling of binds as "cheating". Arthritis is the bane of the gamer and I was disappointed with the proposed Bard Song mechanic as it would be difficult and painful to play. I am grateful for these keybinds , well done.

Went to the reward agent to claim the 20th anniversary gift only to find that the agent no longer lists my account bound Legendary mounts ! Its not amusing to find that "bought" items that were supposed to be reclaimable in perpetuity are no longer there.

Same happened to my Cleric. Once you aggro them, you can't escape them, even in death. They chase you over the entire instance. When you die and respawn at the campfire, they are there waiting for you .

Had run 11 CTAs on toon before the unannounced fix. Ok ty for fix. Logged back in, CTA counter had reset. Ran another 12 CTAS and checked for Token at the store. NO token received.

My main character completed the prerequisites to acquire the Heartfelt Thanks quest but was unable to get or complete the task as I was in a party in PE at the end of the Jubilee. Logging in after today's patch did not fix this issue. My Support ticket from June 23rd, has not been acknowledged . Is there any hope? Thanks.
