[PC] Events Time Change

Greetings Adventurers,

Starting this week, all events on PC will begin and end at 10am PDT (versus the previous 7:30am PDT). This means that events across all platforms will begin and end simultaneously.

    Its good that it is uniform but my head is spinning LOL
