its server wide they need to fix it fast ,, i cant play like that. i was trying to heal in CTA and its like playing 123 redlight with the server ping right now.

as much as you don't want to farm in pvp for that skull, i suggest you should. right now I have to replace ITC with daft strike because of HR rooting its the only move that will break them for me. wish ITC would work on the rooting and such but right now due to that I find it useless ,, cause if I come outta stealth in ITC after a CW theres usually an HR around to mess it up and its a wasted skill…

I have noticed i cant hit stealth after a dodge and on encounters but not consistently, i have dodged and used LB immediately. but not on DS, it will not work. neither will IS. It could have something to do with the *casting time* of the encounter.
