Prestidigitation does increase your GS by 3% since it increase all you stats by 3%(as well as your party gets whatever bonus stats you get as well)

About a month ago I had a friend with this set go to the trade of blades and cast a control power on all 3 full health dummies. Well he only got the proc once so at that point I deemed the set useless. Unless the balance patch changed it which I doubt.

As long as you have the gear score to get into the dungeon then go for the set bonus because they are good. I used 4 piece Archmage since the bonus is awesome with 4 control powers slotted and I still put it on for Spellplague boss. Next I suggest High Viz, it's cheaper then Shadow Weaver and I prefer the bonus. It's a…

High Viz set bonus is great for PvP. Makes it a lot easier to kill someone before they break out of your CC if you have the right spell set-up since you while you control them you also lower defence and mitigation(with spec or spell) while dealing a lot of damage.

After the patch where they fixed Cleric aggro I found I was taking a lot more damage and as a result dieing more. Now that I have around 12.5% Lifesteal the burst healing is insane and I can often keep myself up without the cleric if I need. I'm the weird WIZARD who use Lifedrinker since I find stacking some Lifesteal extremely helpful with the ridiculous burst damage we have from our AoEs. I'm around 9% Lifesteal so with extra the 4.4(soon to be 6.1) I get from the enchant it puts it up to a spot where I really notice the effects.

I cannot put my 3rd rank in evocation. I am lv 29 and every other CW I asked said I should have access to rank 3 of all powers once you have 20 points.
