I have been transferring Zen to the server. I would, understandably, be upset if I lost the things I got from that Zen. If I was given 20 free Keys to open Nightmare Lock Boxes, that would be fair. Those Lockbox Keys is all I have been spending my Zen on so far.
It's cool that they added some gear to the packs, since many of us weren't able to log in during Closed Beta sessions. We also get to start Open Beta early. I'm thinking of character concepts. How many character slots do we start with?
YES!!! Big hammers, maces, axes, and swords can pretty much all use the same animation. Pole-arms and spears could use a different animation but it would be worth it. Great Weapons Fighters specialize in using big weapons and should have spears/pole-arms available to them.
I bought Guardian of Neverwinter, does that show up by my forum name? I don't see it. Might only be for Heroes of da North. I have my receipt email with the details. In case I screwed up somewhere...
I actually did this. The GM rolled his eyes but let it happen. It was an Evil campaign and I wanted a frog-god of corruption. The other party members had deities who were into world destruction, but my deity was more interested in suffering and suffering cannot happen if the world was destroyed. So we had some…
It would be awesome and unique to create a mounted fighter. In fact, doesn't D&D have a "cavalier" class? That sounds like the right class for mounted combat.
I've had a subscription to Champions Online for over 2 years now. It's a great game, but I'm ready for something new. I'd be willing to pay for a subscription to Neverwinter.
Going for cleric first. I'd like to play a Druid but I heard that won't happen. Oh well, I can do what I want with a caster cleric. I like that they can heal while doing damage instead of just being a boring healer. An Elf or half-Elf Cleric. I will also make a Guardian Fighter. I love playing tanks. Probably go with Human…
I think the Beta testers mentioned the Skill system wasn't up and running during last Beta weekend. I'm sure the skill tree will allow for character customization.
Wow. That would be awesome! Also, a large frog that has a jump attack to knock opponents down. Probably lashes out with tongue as well. Oh, heck, why not a Grippli (frog person) henchman?
Exactly. Its like most comic book movies are only based on the characters and plot-lines. You have to change some things to make it work best in the different format.
