Effectively just looking through this list, it isn't specific to a particular chipset (have seen AMD Radeon and Intel and I think I even saw NVidia), it does have something to do with Direct3D, everyone is effectively getting the same error, so reposting the error code over and over isn't going to get us anywhere since it…
This is an ongoing and apparently worsening issue. Before this last patch I at least had the option of rebooting and that often freed up whatever was clogged in the DirectX until the next time, but now it won't run at all. Just crash. iMac with ATI Radeon HD 4670 running Windows 7.
Obviously is not what's going on with mine. Did that and it came up with the music, the cursor, and a black screen. No menu. Removing the code. Would rather reboot over and over just to clear the Direct X than deal with no menu, thank you.
Add me to the list. Obviously this is a huge screw up. For future reference, maybe you should mirror the accounts on the test server so that these things can be tested BEFORE release...
BUG: Graphics/Sound and damage: The graphics and sound are mismatched to the actual impact. On the Encounters, most of the time there is no graphics or sound associated and the only way I can tell it went off is because of the countdown clock. Dailies seem to show appropriately. At-Will mace work is all discombobulated…
I don't mean to say "I told you so" to all those who were complaining early on when the drow was split into two kinds and there was all kinds of hubbub about how unfair it was with other players saying it was only a matter of a little extra tweak and there was no misbalance to the game, therefore it is still F2P, or to the…
You do realize Mystra is dead in this current timeline, right? But he does have a point. I'm reading the Sundering series and I'm starting to wonder if we can expect HUGE changes to the game in the coming year. Can't believe TSR is really asking for such drastic changes just to the Realms for D&D Next. EDIT: Just read a…
This contest came in the nick of time for Part II of Finder's Keepers, "It Cults Both Ways" (short code NW-DBSU29TCT). If you want to see the first part, look up Losers Weepers. Otherwise, have fun and be sure to let me know what you think either through in-game mail or in a review (preferably a review).
Still looking for more reviews. But if everyone thinks it looks up to entering to see if it can get featured, I guess it must be okay. (Everyone being less than 22 players so far.)
Not much appears to be going on. Have fixed all I can with what few runs have been done and what fewer reviews have popped up (9 and 6). Guess I'll move on to the last one and enter this into the contest as is.
Big thanks to you, Win, and for everyone else for their suggestions and reviews. I just republished it with quite a few changes. Decided not to change the bar much more than adding guards (that isn't the main battle, after all). Added a chase scene through a portal and into caves. May add to that later to add a touch more…
Bar: Bar fight has had another complaint similar to yours. Tried adding more guards and even spreading them out. Wasn't suppose to be that hard. Definitely need to reinvestigate. Battle note 1: Yeah, tried to make it possible to pull the entire thing to the other army, but not every class can do that without getting piled…
