The older the content the more you'll likely receive nothing, but still have a chance at everything~ If you run things like IC/LoMM usually if your opening both chests n' using rerolls you'll get something most of the time from all the content I've been running recently.

DB n' MDB both have to be worked seperate when it's comes to getting helms to work so check to see if DB can than that means they forgot metallic again~
Haven't bought/used a scroll of life pretty much at all throughout my time playing nw : P Typically deaths are a result of a player not knowing mechanics or half-azzing mechanics if they're actually dying then maybe they'll learn.
Not worth the dev time/money to create a Beastary tab in like the journal~ While it would be nice to have, it's a major thing to go about adding into a game like NW at this stage~
