LOL if you think -anything- in that phrase says 'Armed Orc Wolf', your German is -far- worse than ours. PS: Our German isn't bad, it's just the forum that doesn't allow for certain text characters to be used to properly type out the accented words.
As quoted from your post; http://nw.perfectworld.com/news/?p=961961 Way to show dedication to your product, guys. Clearly some seriously impressive corporate business there, copying and pasting lazily without proof reading at all!
Additionally based off your logic, you should also provide an exact number of how many share your outlook. See how that works? Two way street, kiddo. We know this much. The forums are filled with the posts of disgruntled players and that says something that definitely supports our side of things.
1. ) We have just as much right as you to express our opinions and experiences in this forum whether you agree with them or not. 2. ) Our posts are realistic and not sugar-coated. Sorry, we threw away all the sugar. It's bad for you and rots your teeth (and mind). There's none left to help it go down any easier for you. 3.…
We neither said doom nor gloom, we're merely being realistic based on our observations of their behaviour and trends. Notice how this thread; http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?247612-Race-changes-and-why-they-re-needed/page41 sports 41 pages of people asking for the same thing and a single post from a Dev…
Given how truly incomprehensibly terrible Cryptic's communication is in both Neverwinter as well as Champions Online, it would be interesting to know if any of you actually read the feedback and commentary on your game (and tactics)? We're inclined to say no, a definite and resounding no because if you did, you'd know just…
No. They're perceptions based on Cryptic's past performance in their other titles and repeatedly ignoring their players wants and desires even when they're thrown into their faces. Contrary to your evident belief, this isn't the first time Cryptic's done the same things. You must be new here. Welcome to reality.
Repeating once again ad nauseam. Lore is -not- a reason this shouldn't be implemented into the game. Anyone who says it is or claims it can't be done doesn't know D&D P&P very well and needs to go read their source books a few more times or stop trying to claim they know everything.
Actually they have something nearly identical in Champions Online. You can full-on change the -entire- nature of your character from the ground up. Class, stats, etc.
Yaay, 38 pages and absolutely no response from Cryptic who seems to hope this thread and subject will fade into obscurity and die. Good business practice, guys.
lol. This^ Also, seriously Cryptic. Get your heads out your a@#es. You've got 38 pages of the same thread and you can't claim ignorance and you weren't aware this thread existed or people wanted this feature, we've personally brought it to the attention of your Community Managers numerous times by posting it in threads and…
You're reading it here, Cryptic Devs. Assuming you're reading it at all. People want this function, give us a race change. Your Customer Base is speaking to you here and if you don't listen to us, it'll do nothing but hurt you. If you do listen to us, the only outcome for you can be positive. Are you really going to ignore…
Two months and 37 pages later, not a word given except for a single Dev post that wasn't a yes or a no. On one hand, we guess we should be thankful it wasn't an outright no. On the other, there's four days until the Fury of the Feywilds releases and they haven't said word one about a race-change function. Truthfully this…
36 pages of players requesting this function, we wonder why it hasn't been included in this update? http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?247612-Race-changes-and-why-they-re-needed/page36
The idea behind the Race Change would probably be that you'd be able to choose your appearance over from scratch again and the respective stats with it sooo if you wanted to do a sex-change, that would probably be included as well.
No, and the hope here is that it'll be implemented as a surprise or something with the release of Fury of the Feywilds. It would certainly be a nice way for them to show they are listening to their player Community and build good-faith not to mention as has been said in the past, net them a hefty profit.
34 pages in, no response either way. At least a no hasn't been given. We can only hope that when Fury of the Feywilds releases the developers had seen this thread and the requests for this function rise enough that they'll have a surprise implementation of the function. A girl can dream, at least.
Either way, it doesn't matter. And if they're worried about profits, all the better. Because that's more of a reason to release a race-change function ASAP - Like with the Fury of the Feywilds on Day 1 of its release. That would rake in a ton of cash for them.
