I just logged into 2 other characters I have and I could claim the Daily Claim and I could use the Moonstone Mask Teleport, Summon Travel Signpost or Summon Mailbox. Went back to main (my main character purchased the VIP and claimed the Account Claim for the key) and main still can't claim the Daily or can't use Moonstone…

I have the same issue. Only tried on my main. Haven't tried my other characters. My main was able to take Per Account claim, not the Per Character Claim. Just a blinking "Claim" button. I also can't use the Moonstone Mask Teleport, Summon Travel Signpost or Summon Mailbox with my main (I have the 6 months VIP).

Blow that off and keep creating because YOU and the rest of the Foundry Builder Community are the game. I think that the stereo-typical Hack/Slash/Grinder/PvPer/Raider MMO player will leave this game anyway. I don't think this game is the type of game they want to play to begin with. The rewards to play Foundry quests suck…

same here...typed of my history once, left game, came back in..it was gone...after patch before go live...type it up...click other tags to see it was still there...it was...closed character box, opened it...still there...left game...came back...gone again....ugh

I made my Founder's Pack purchase a week ago now thru Paypal. Bank shows it has cleared but on my account, purchase history, it still shows it is still being reviewed. The money is gone from my bank so how long do I have to wait? I did submit a help ticket and after seeing the depth of this thread and the obvious problems…
