Bought Founder's Pack Over a Week ago and don't have it

I bought a Hero's of the North Founders Pack June 1st thru PayPal.
It was an eCheck so I know it takes several days for the funds to send and complete.
However, it has cleared my bank, money was sent to Perfect World and account still says:
Reviewing
The transaction is currently in the review/approval process and will be completed shortly
Based on the threads dealing with how chaotic and screwed up this was for people either buying it or trying to get it I'm posting this outside the thread "Founder's Pack - Report Purchase Issues Here!" which dates back to January and is now 158 pages long....Based on that thread I'm paranoid.
I keep dumping money into this game (via Zen) because I like it, so I have no problem with that, but you got my money for this purchase....money was taken out of bank last week.
I just want to know what is going on....some type of feedback (like the ticket I submitted) would be nice.
