Yes ofc everyone should have expected that, but thats for ppl like us who go into preview, check the forums, etc. A random player won't expect that and there is the problem, if it could have been done on preview why did it have to be pushed to live and hurry the changes like they always do? this is not a beta (i assume)

Have made tests on my warlock and got the same results. No cap on critical severity though, only it gets halved event the vorpal enchant does half bonus. It would bekind to have this clarified, since character sheet says that power increases healing and no notice of a severity being halved.
Biggest problem is that ppl asked for less rng on rewards and they did the exact opposite, removing green/blue mounts and comps (which u sold for 10 20k) and now you have an extremely rare drop (leg mount) or nothing at all. Its even more rng than before
