    Ok screw this, i am going to play another game while waiting.. Might check out star trek online.

    any sort of actual TIME frame'age ? something a little more descriptive then "soon" or "eventually" is this hours away or minutes?

    Wow you obviously have no mind for business either. They do have budgets you know for each game.     I had to step away from trying to log into Neverwinter. I saw my xbox, turned a 360 and walked away.

    Just found out about and grabbed the first link I could find to toss your way... That said, No doubt if 3 of their games were hit by this "outage", the gateway(which upon clicking a link to, has "locked" at the end of the URL) would likely be down as well... I just hope they decided to perform all the maintenance scheduled for tomorrow morning, now... /shrug

    Actually everquest and ultima online have both been around WAY longer than wow.

    LOL, not by a country mile. Neverwinter Nights (the original AOL game) launched in 1991. Quite a bit before WOW.
