I know, Guildies sent screenshots. I don’t have that tab As in it just cycles back to beginning. You have medallions exchange tab, then combat exchange and then nothing. The combat exchange is empty because I exchanged what I have. No tab for R5 exchanges Just goes back to start.

You must talk to the Rewards Claim Agent 😉 The Rewards Claim Agent is the man on the left side of the desk if you're facing it. The Antiquities Scholar is the woman on the right side of the desk if you're facing it, the same one who you get medallions and new enchantment packs from.
Can play if using the circle and ps button. Button when loading zone, it locks again. RTQ lock on entrance, relogin, fight 5 minutes, freeze, relogin contine rtq, freeze again. So basically cannot do dungeons. Basically cannot play the game.
Free memory is a tad over 1 tera so i doubt memory is the issue which also doesn't explain why on the same consol that my wifes account works and she has ten character to my five. Got in after mega spam on ps button and when i laid into first mob it blue screened me so sorry tigerdsk its definitely something else we are not seeing
While a crash had been fixed last night, players are still experiencing game freezes. We are working on having a fix ready and we hope to have it live later. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.
yes ty so much for the same repetitive meaningless corporate speak update when we are now going on day 4 of not being able to play the game ! great job guys you are the best and most genius development team in the whole world!
I see a lot of talk of memory and "memory leakage". Your storage (measured in TB) is not memory, and most likely could not affect the ability of your game to play, only to download/install. Memory refers to RAM (Random Access Memory - measured in GB), is frequently re-written while you play and is reset every time your console powers off. Even if memory is an issue, there would be nothing we can do about it client-side. This is not specific to console, it is standard computer components that always behave the same way.
While a memory leak is possible, it seems unlikely as it typically happens over time, and the freezing and crashes are immediately noticeable. Again, if it was the problem if would need to be fixed in programming and storage would not affect it.
As a few people have said, this is likely a mix of multiple issues happening at once rather than a single one. Best I can tell the devs are fixing what they can see first in hopes that it will either a) fix the problem for some weird reason or b) bring another issue to light so they can fix that one.
Regarding testing or lack thereof, bare in mind that while there are ways in some (most?) coding IDEs (or whatever they are called in game development) to simulate the change from whatever language they were written in to the proprietary ones used by the consoles, these programs are not perfect. Also, testing without being attached to the real final database and without a large number of people in the system will not catch all issues that will inevitably be seen in the live environment. Console test servers would be helpful if enough people would get involved, but I suspect the cost to spin up two more systems might be a bit much.

Ram issue doesn't explain why my wifes account on the same consol as my account worked fine from the start yet mine freezes or blue screened since the original update. Try to explain that one.
I am able to get on as my ranger only after I deleted all my mail, refined old enchantments, invoked and claimed vip. I do have to restart game after moving to different area since the game freezes during transition periods. Spamming ps button and circle when I load in I’m not sure if it is helping but when I do it and when I don’t there is a difference. My other characters are dead in the water and I had to delete two characters to see if it helped
I have been fortunate to not have this problem, but many online friends are. I did not have much mail, no items held in mail, short friends list, using a ps4. I did have an initial slow load. I have only been playing a year (mod 19). Those playing for a longer time seem to have more problems.
Freezes or bluescreened after joining world with my characters when logging in,sometimes I have few seconds before freeze.Even after the 440MB patch/fix still doesnt work. Im VIP member who will refund me VIP revards for the days I cant login and AD I cant make because of buged game.
I am able to get on my caracters today only after spamming circle on loading caracter and 5-6x ps button and it helps otherwise game freezes. I empty my mail, changed 10+ or refined old enchantments. But still have issue to restart game after moving to different area since the game freezes during transition periods. If I need to do this button spamming every time its rediculous.
Having deleted all my friends I finally got the game to work!
There is, however, another, although not game-breaking, bug:
If different load outs have different enchantments slotted, when changing from one load out to another, the enchantments are removed from the enchantment slots.
Example:
Load out A: 4 garnet defence enchantments Load out B: 1 garnet and 3 citrine defence enchantments.
Switch from load out A to load out B, you get 1 garnet, 1 citrine enchantment and 2 empty slots, the missing 2 citrines are back in the inventory bag. You have to re-slot the citrines.
Switch from load out B to load out A, you get 2 garnets and 2 empty slots, the missing 2 garnets are back in the inventory bag. You have to re-slot the garnets.
im ingame and have fps limit set off but it still feels like playing at 20fps. this is happening on ps5. is this the memory leak issue everyones talking about?
I REALLY THOUGHT THAT YOU COULD FIX THE GAME. UNFORTUNATELY, YOU HAVE TO REALIZE THAT YOU NEED SOME HELP. THIS EMERGENCY CAN BE RESOLVED QUICKLY IF YOU OUTSOURCE THIS FIASCO. SHOW US HOW MUCH NEVERWINTER CARES…
Stop waiting for a patch if you want to play, delete all your friends list because thats what has fixed it for everyone i know for some odd reason having zero friends on your list fixes the freezing issue to the point you can switch maps as well without using ps button bypass, so zero friends then add them back after is the only solution at this point. Sorry if you dont then you will be waiting more longer without compensation.
Dude there are people with no friends on their list still crashing. They also have no mail in their inbox. If I delete all my friends on my list who will I play with and how can I add them back if they are deleted? And what guarantee do we have that deleting will fix it? They patch the game 3x and it's still broken. How can they build a game that breaks with basic playstation network architect and think its ok? We should break our ability to play with our friends on other games because they can't get their HAMSTER together? Your high horse smells like a pile of dung.
The latest patch fixed it for a number of people, obviously not all, but it implies that it was partly related to the firned list issues and also the removing friends now likely won't make a bit of difference.

the new patch fixed my login and i kept my friends on my list, you should do the same and test to make sure it works. don't delete your friend list. that only applies to those that really don't have anyone on their list to test that, some found that was the solution. hopefully yours will work too without the necessity to do that.

No tab for R5 exchanges
Just goes back to start.
I have was full of self righteous fury too!
But it did only show up after this last patch. I tried every vendor and Home Screen last night.

I initially had a hard time finding them myself, it wasn't until kept tabbing over a few times that I found it lol.
