This thread is to report bugs related to the new content or that began with the release of Dragonbone Vale. Please do not report previously discovered bugs or general feedback. All unrelated comments will be moved so that the team can better focus on the new issues on PS.

NOTE: If you post an issue on this thread, please be assured that it is being read. Time will be spent reviewing issues and escalating them as efficiently as possible. We are not able to respond or give detailed updates to each individual post but all feedback and reports are being received.

Apparently PS5 players can play?

Would be great if we could see more than 15 seconds of playtime before the game locks up.

Impossible play, game freeze at start window, ps5 system, and many friends have this problem too

Unable to play ps4 & ps5 on any toon. Freezes on home (whats new) when spamming '0' it freezes a few sec later.
Creating a new toon gives Black screen when loading world

Game freezes on my account. Wife is able to log into her account. I have a ps4 pro she has regular ps4. I tried my account on her ps4 and I freeze. So it is not the PS4 that is causing the problem. It is not a corrupted update file. It seems to be a problem with the accounts. It is my observation that it is probably being caused by all the items that need to be swapped into the mail system that is overloading the data base causing a crash on the console. I have more enchantments and gear on my account and my mail is riding on almost full. This is completely opposite of my wife's account who is just a casual player but has stopped since the combat change. She said the game is no longer fun and has become a job instead of a game.

Not to dog pile, but simply providing another data point. PS5 user experiencing the same issue. Game freezes upon entering the world. I can enter the game and choose a character, but it freezes almost immediately after loading the first zone.

I stripped all my characters in of items so I wouldn’t overload mail or have the stacking problem.

Can't get into the game at all. Game freezes on character load on PS4/PS4 Pro/PS5.

Game freezes upon logging into your toon. This is happening on both ps4 and ps5. Please fix many people have taken this day off to enjoy the game but instead met with disappointment. Thanks.

There appears to be a minor issue for PS users. The game doesn't work. Not sure if that's intended or not. If not intended, well damn. We haven't had a new module since January 7th of last year. So almost a 13 month wait for something new to do. FYI, many players seem to be pissed off. Like ready to quit pissed off.

You know that feeling when a new mod drops and your all set, cup of coffee in hand and ready to play.....this isn't it.

Seems it has to do with multiple toon... my wife can play... she has only 1 toon on her account
